Went in for an oil change and smog certification and Sal the Manager poked a hole in the radiator and said hey look at this we need to replace it. also the alternator which worked fine now needs a $1,200 repair. Well my poor Aunt was unsuspecting and got napped by this ass hat. But be safe and aware these guys are crooks. Went to Mieneke down the way and got totally different service and the truth and they did not charge a dime filled up the tires and checked everything out was fine. Shame on you Sal you know what you did hope you loose your Franchise.

I went here to have my oil changed and to get a smog, as my contact ran out at Ford and they were very expensive. I had gone here in the past and had very good service and as usual had great service this time Enrique and Qiana were very informative and very customer service friendly Sal and Hutch also who dealt with me and explain about my vehicle, we're very kind, explained in a way I understood exactly what they were telling me, I will definitely come back here again. Also the prices are very reasonable.

Sal and Enrique were very helpful and knowledgeable about my car. They let me know what I needed and had Great prices and great service. Will definitely bring my other cars for all of their services. 10/10 recommend.

This is a tough review for me. My car broke down on me last year. I've been coming to USA for my Smog Test due to their great pricing and quick service. The guy who looked at my car was the manager (He's no longer there I can't remember his name). He said I needed a water pump replaced, some rear shocks and some other stuff. The tab was running up and I could only afford so much. He tried to give the best price possible. The water pump was suppose to the main issue why my car was overheating and had a leak. I some in cash and Deborah talked me into financing the rest through Synchrony Bank. Here's why 1 star was removed. She told me to my face that I qualified for 1 year no interest after running my credit. Since I already had an account with Synchrony it was easy to give them a call later. I found out that I had 6 months no interest to pay the money which meant I had to double up my payments each month. I took her nice personality for granted without her showing me anything about my financing. I remember having my car worked on twice before it went out hard completely again but I couldn't find one of my invoices. I called Deborah for a history and she said they upgraded their software and lost all prior history before Aug 2023. So your company lost all previous information of what you have done to people cars?? The second star got removed because after my car was fixed, the tech never told me if there's anything else that I should be concerned about right away. Not even a weak later my car started overheating again and my car was inoperable. I had to end up taking my car to the dealership to get fixed properly. I went recently for a smog test and the new manager was trying to get me to pay for some repairs on my wife's car. I explained I have some trust issues with this particular location, he wanted to make things right with pricing but I need to think about that. I have been to a different USA Auto location where I like the service a bit better.....so far.

Debbie, the Manager is one of a kind. She walked me through what was going on with oil leak in my car when I came in for a routine oil leak. I had not seen it, but when I got home and saw what was under my car in the garage, I will look more often. Thank you for getting my car repairs completed in a timely manner and I was more than satisfied with the cost. Kudo to you and your Staff.

I took my car on 06/26/2024 for free ac inspection, THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE IN A SHOP, they drain all the freon on it, THE LADY DEBRHA THAT SHE FIRST HAD TOLD ME A FALSE NAME "JESSICA" WAS FORCING ME TO TO THE JOB OF $399 TO THE CAR FOR SOMETHING THEY DID TO MY CAR. Also before I take the car there, we check it the level with a hose with valve meter and shows a little low but just a little, because the car we got from dealer around 10 days ago only, the only thing we wanted was to be 100% sure that the AC was full due to its a shop and have better tools and have an offer of free ac inspection, now I know why they have free inspection because they damage so they can charge what is not needed, when they check the car they told me the EVAC valve was liking, and and need to recharge the freon to, I told them I take it another day with more time because I need to go to work, I was sure that it wasn't the problem, and also I lost trust because the lady Debrha and the manager both smell like alcohol and with red eyes, but for my surprise when I was driving back home I turn on the ac and the air was hot not cold anymore, but as i was heading to shop my ac was cold, when I get back home husband check the car AC again with my own hose and mark 0 nothing on it, no freon anymore they drain all the freon in my car. i reported to BBB, NEVADA CONSUMER AFFAIR, and all the clark county business license, and for sure if you guys don't fix this issue what your mechanics did, i m going to contact a layer. . and sue you. also i have cameras in my house showing me checking the car before i take to you guys, when I went back with my husband to show them the proof that I had the manager just told me they did nothing to my car and cant no longer wants to talk to us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS INSTEAD OF FIXING YOUR CAR, THEY DAMAGE IT.

Went to USA Auto #6 a few weeks ago. Got gouged and services still not complete. Have been going here for years. No issues. I needed approx $1900 worth of work done and was told I could pick up that evening. Took another day to do. They said they could finance. By the time they got the approval the bill was $5400. When I came to get my Yukon the bill was $5700 as they found out I was approved for $7400. They said everything was complete I went to look. Oil hadn't been change, one of the axles wasn't replaced. tires weren't rotated, bushings weren't installed and the person at the desk was just going to let me go without notification. I asked to see manager. Said he would make it right. I asked him about the pricing as everything seemed high. The shocks were priced at $347 each he showed me the cost that was $118 each and said that was there normal markup. They had more $2500 in parts markups. No corporate number to call, no website and my 3 emails to them have been unanswered. 2 weeks later still missing parts and the brakes are still squeaking. Time to lawyer up. This is just BS.

Here again for my oil change plus having my brakes done this time too. Best place in town. My go to for car maintenance. Great prices, friendly, professional staff & fair prices. Highly recommend.

I took my 2013 Chevy Malibu to USA AUTO Service #5 @ 3101 N Rancho Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89108.I had the GREATEST FEMALE Mechanic named Debra!! She fixed the issues with my car in 1 DAY! I had a warranty and she contacted them and they paid for the air condenser, the gear shifter issue, as well as the sunroof in my car.
