Excellent customer service!! We discovered that our battery was dead when we arrived at almost closing time. Nayellie went above and beyond to help us get our Jeep outside the gate so we could then call AAA for assistance. Also, thanks for the water, it was a lifesaver! We were so grateful!!

We have had the storage for about 5 years. Unfortunately it is becoming more and more expensive. What's annoying is that shortly after we rented it, it was broken into. However, the location is quite good
