Olivia Smith is a wonderful person and Realtor, and we are so glad we had her to help us through the process of buying our Las Vegas home! She fully understood our needs and wants, walked us through the pros and cons of buying new construction, and she was with us every step of the way with open communication. She was always ready with encouragement when we needed it, and she was willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly toward closing. We are so happy to be in our new home, and we have Olivia to thank for it!

Title: Unprofessional and DisrespectfulI had an incredibly disappointing experience with Urbannest Realty and their agent, Melissa White Simmons. Despite clear signage in our complex stating "No Soliciting," this agency decided to place door hangers all over the grounds. Not only is this a blatant disregard for our community rules, but it also shows a lack of respect for residents' preferences.I understand the desire to gain new clients, but there are proper ways to go about it without disrespecting the rules that are in place for a reason. The fact that these door hangers are now scattered all over the ground further highlights the lack of professionalism from Urbannest Realty and their agent.I expected better from a real estate agency that claims to be a part of the community. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a negative impression of both Urbannest Realty and Melissa White Simmons. I hope they learn to respect the rules and preferences of the communities they operate in before attempting to gain new clients through disrespectful means.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Jen. I believe she is one their brokers. She was very rude and unattractive in the way she acted towards me. I know for a fact that I didn’t do anything in particular to get that sort of reaction out of her. I am not sure why she acted this way but it was extremely off-putting and uncomfortable.The unfortunate thing is that this brokerage may very well be one of the best in Las Vegas. However because I now associate a very bad experience with them I will never do business with Urban Nest in the future.

Amazing company, amazing people. Georgia Purpura was our agent and helped my partner and I secure an awesome rental super quick. I purchased my Las Vegas home while living in Northern CA. Ann Webb was, and forever more, will be my agent. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, super nice person. Kept every promise she made, the first time she made it. I had a 100%+ positive experience with Ann Webb and Urban Nest Realty, Sahara. They work as a team and work for what's in their customers best interests. In order to help myself, I obtained a pre-approval letter, as I had in the past. With Ann as my agent, I received personalized service with a highly qualified agent and brokerage. I was specific about what I was looking for and my budget. Ann worked within my parameters and was always on team Z. I was looking for a home in a 55+ community, single story, detached, smallest model in a community. Clean, quiet, safe neighborhood, A+ amenities, reasonable HOA dues and within my budget. According to Ms. Webb, and my own research, at that time 55+ properties were selling quickly, prices increasing, inventory low. Ann persevered and here I am, very happy, my goals met. This is my 6th home buying experience. I consider Ann Webb to be the crème de la crème of real estate agents. Ann went above and beyond. With my knowledge and approval she took care of everything possible on my behalf. As I was unable to visit Las Vegas to look at any of the properties of interest. That's when Ann's great communication skills were so helpful and important. Calls, emails, appointments to be made and kept with service people, texts, links to properties, pictures and videos Ann took of houses and neighborhoods that weren't online enabling me to have a more complete 'picture' of a property. Ann and the entire team took great care of me and in finding my new home. The first time I saw my home was the day I moved in. All I had to do was unlock the door! I was home... I highly recommend Ann Webb and Urban Nest Realty, Sahara to anyone looking to buy or sell or both. I take making recommendations seriously... Thank you...

When I was working in Las Vegas, David (father) and David (son) Tina, the broker/owners and founders of Urban Nest, were wonderful real estate partners. I love the focus they put on people for their company, and the agents they recruited are among the most personable I have worked with.
