I was home. They didn't call me, even though I left my number on the door, because the door bell didn't work. Completely unacceptable. I didn't even hear a knock at the door and I was in the living room, next to the door. So they definitely just came to the door and didn't even knock for us to pick up our package. Completely unacceptable.

Don’t go here! It’s impossible to find, and they charge you $6 for handling when you have a prepaid package

Don't be fooled and waste your time with this place like I did. This is NOT an official "The UPS Store" as you think it is and as the other legitimate UPS Stores are. Rather this is a rip-off business center INSIDE RED ROCK CASINO using this title to try to draw in business, and then they will rip you off. I took a small package to return to Amazon with instructions from Amazon to take it to a The UPS Store and they would scan the code in the e-mail and then print the label and ship it, with no charge. (The return label is a prepaid postage for UPS) This rip-off store, inside RED ROCK CASINO, said the postage for UPS is free but that they have a "service charge" which for a small package like I had was $6.00. I told them to shove it and left. There is a legitimate UPS Store a very short distance away in Downtown Summerlin just off Sahara Ave. I went there and they scanned the code, gave me a receipt and I was on my way in about 2 minutes, all with no fees. Red Rock Casino is just trying to rip off customers by trying to pose as a UPS Store but with hidden charges. Don't fall for this scam and don't patronize this business.
