This place is a joke she charge me $3.00 to tape the return label to the box I told her this label is for Amazon you shouldn’t charge me anything but she keep refusing I never have this issue with kohls just go there they scan my return and even they gave me receipts. But UPS acting weird you have been reported to Amazon and they will investigate your actions .

Went in yesterday to mail Amazon return and wanted to get 25 documents notarized. Cashier told me that the box needed to be taped and if I had any tape in my car? Really? Advised I could buy a piece of tape for $2. Really? I immediately left laughing. Went to another location, where they don’t charge for tape. Especially since I was doing $375 in notary fees. I’m sure this store is in the business of making money. Maybe train a little better and understand I wasn’t only in there for tape. Which I asked if a notary was available. Great business model.

I missed my delivery and ups said they were taking my package to this access point, but for some reason they did not have my package. The customer service was non existent, and the staff was not very helpful, shrugging their shoulders as if to say they don't care. Then I called and Aisha answered the phone and was extremely rude, interrupting and yelling over the phone at me. The way the staff here treats customers is mind blowing and needs to be corrected!

I’ve never had a problem with UPS before the other location in Vegas. Now I go to this one and my package has been delayed for three days cause something about the trailer dispatch!!!!

Walked in and was immediately addressed. I highly appreciated this as I was in a rush. Aisha had great customer service and double checked to make sure everything went smoothly. I recommend going here because they do value their customers.
