SCAMMERS!! THEY REFUSE MY AMAZON RETURN BECAUSE THEY WANT ME TO BUY THEIR UPS BOX. MY ITEM WAS BOXED BUT THEY STILL WANT ME TO BUY THEIR UPS BOX. I HAVE THE AMAZON UPS NO LABEL RETURN.
THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THEY TRIED TO SELL ME THEIR EXPENSIVE BOX/ENVELOPE. AVOID THESE SCAMMER EMPLOYEES!

This location doesn't offer to pack for you. They gave me an oversized box, (See Pictures) shipping to New York for $120. She put in the part being shipped loose, no bubble wrap, no foam, by itself in this huge box. I asked if the size of the box was the reason for the high shipping cost. The young lady helping me on Friday July 12th, around 3:30 pm (2024) told me yes. I asked if they could cut the box to repackage it to a smaller size, she (rudley) let out a little laugh and said no. I told her to cancel the shipping and she insisted that it was already packaged. So I asked if I can just pay for the box which she agreed. I repackaged (see picture) and took the box to another UPS Store a few miles up the street on Fort Apache, and they shipped it out for $44. I saved myself $74 by resizing the box. The UPS Store on South Fort Apache told me this was not normal and that all UPS Stores to her knowledge offer to resize the packaging to not over pay for a larger size box. This location on Blue Diamond has very bad customer service. The employees are not there to help you. Save some money and go to another location if you need them to provide better customer service and packaging solutions.

I haven’t had the need to utilize the UPS Store up until recently over the last 2 months…and when I go I typically like to go when the store first opens and get it out of the way. HOWEVER, the last 4 times I’ve gone here (on different days of the week), the person opening doesn’t actually waltz up with her Starbucks and coffee until about 20/30 minutes past the “opening” time. I’m sorry but whether this store was corporate owned or it was a small business, being late like that and so frequently is not a good look. I even had to ask a few times whether or not the store hours were changed and they just opened at a later time- where I was advised “oh no, it’s 8” …. When the opener rolled up well after that. As I was even standing in line on 3 separate occasions, other people there with me were making comments that this was a very regular thing at this location and that they’ve noticed that usually it’s the same individual. Just an inconvenience to be at a place of business when THEY say they are supposed to be open and they’re not….and then have it happen so many times over a short period of time. Not too professional.

Came into the store to pick up item that was delivered to store. Got to store and worker said she couldn't find my package she said it wasn't in the stack of delivered packages from ups. She then said come back Monday and that driver might have my package on the truck still. How can the tracking number Showed delivered and worker cant find package.

They are ok. In this current time, it is hard to find people who have customer service skills. Mostly, you are just hoping someone can actually speak and look you in the eye. You won't get warm welcomes, smiles and thank yous here, but they get the job done and it's close for those of us who live in Mountain's Edge.

I recently relocated out of the country and had to ship 30 plus boxes via this UPS store. Every single employee was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the process. In particular, Jocelyn, Keonna and the managers were life savers when it came to fast and friendly service. I also used their shredding service, scanning service and emails. Everything was always done correctly and and with great big smiles.
Best customer service ever!

Very convenient and close to community. Employees are always courteous. It’s super fast in and out when I go, which I love because it’s never time consuming.
