It's been two weeks since I gave them the stuff, and it hasn't been delivered yet. The young woman at the front desk had a blank expression on her face. If it's painful, resign and travel, don't cause inconvenience to this society. If you accept a job, be responsible.

This was the best ups store I’ve ever gone to the agents work fast with superior service although the store was busy they get you in and out the agents tag team and make sure all customers are helped I was asked several times was I being assisted .which I was, just waiting on emails and prints. Great customer service they definitely out perform the Bluediamond store and sunset and green valley store with exceptional customer service

The service I received from Brianna and Don who I was told is the store owner at the UPS store on warm Springs was totally amazing. They package my grandson‘s monitor with so much care. And they both are very respectful and knowledgeable. Above and beyond and made us feel so comfortable with leaving his monitor in the care of that UPS store

Wendy, Anela, Justin! The staff there are just awesome. You don’t have to wait long lines and they provide great customer service. No wonder they’re the best store in town.

This is the best UPS store with the best customer service. I have a UPS store closer to my house. However to get good customer service and a staff that knows what they are doing I have to travel 6 mile for this store. Wendy was the only one that knows how to do what I needed. What was to ship out a box to a hotel I stayed at. So the hotel could return my computer. Wendy and the entire staff was helpful during the entire process. I will take all my shipping needs to this store in the future. Even if I have to drive 6 miles to get there. It's worth it. Pleas3e keep up the good work.

Great all around Customer Service. AARP discount extra tape on packages. We need insured delivery payments on claims if package is damaged or loss without unnecessary problems
