This is the best store!! I drive much further than I should to come here. The people who work here are so nice. I’ve yet to have a bad experience.Typically I don’t even like going to UPS stores because the workers always seem annoyed. This store has completely changed my mind!! Thank you for always being so helpful and kind.

Great customer service went in for four copies of something and didn’t even charge me in the meantime other UPS stores have charged me. I will definitely recommend it and come back for business at this location.

This is far and away the best shipping store that I've been to. Everyone that I've interacted with is professional, kind, helpful and has a wonderful sense of urgency (which is important to me). They don't waste time and take care of you quickly.

This UPS store is a friendly and professional business. This week my husband and I have been notarizing, scanning and sending priority packages everyday. Alex, Ari and Reba have remained calm and able when we were not. This is a very solid, professional and friendly business! Thank you!!

This is one of the filthiest Ups stores I’ve ever been to. To top that off they gave me my package opened after rummaging through it. They went through my entire mail stating that they thought it belonged to their general manager because I have the same last name. So you just go through someone else’s mail without any type of proper thinking?? How smart are you really?? That’s against the law and you don’t know that working for a mailing service??! I asked them “So you read my full name on the package and don’t know your general managers name and just decided to open someone else’s package??”. They didn’t respond nor did they offer to accommodate me in any way for opening my mail! What kind of store is this and who hired these women??Sooo, I made 2 orders around the same timeto this location. They arrived on different days and I already knew from my first experience that this was going to be a failure again! Sure enough my other package was rummaged through also! What kind of ridiculous people work here? It was like looking at a circus full of clowns in a barn yard! I got into an argument with another slow one about how they need to get it together! I told them to stop trying to thieve through the mail! The lady said it takes one to know one! SO, after YOUR coworker admitted to going through my package and lying about it… Now here you come admitting to it too!! Jesus Christ! Where did they find these smart ones?? ??♀️

Easily my favorite UPS store in town. Every employee I've encountered on several visits since the store opened has been so kind and helpful and the transactions are always smooth and seamless. Other stores nearby have not always provided such nice, consistent service (I'm looking at you, Cheyenne store and Village Center Circle store), so sometimes I'll go out of my way to get my shopping done here. Thank you all!
