I went there Friday 10 AUG 2024 at 5:30pm to drop off a return. The UPS employee said they do not accept packages that are above 80 LBS. I could not find a weight restriction policy anywhere. Our package was 65 LBS. He kept insisting that we have UPS pick up my return at my home and that it will cost $3.00, which was not true. He would not help us. So we left. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Employees there make up there own policies so they can do the bare minimum

This location is always setting their own requirements for returns. At one point, Amazon returns are not accepted after a certain time. Today I brought in a UPS return that I packed the item in its original cardboard packaging. Person would not accept it and attempted to sell me another box. Took the item down to the UPS store on Tropicana and they accepted with no hassles.

Used to use this store all the time, not now. They dont accept Amazon packages after a certain time? Meanwhile they had a giant box waiting to be picked up...full of Amazon packages. Amazon should drop this location. The person working could not explain why this was the policy. Dont worry, you can drop it off at 9am but not at 530pm, 1.5hrs before they close. I'll drive to a UPS store further away for better customer service.

Horrible. The main guy would not take my package because it was "too big". It was an acoustic guitar in a box. It was not that big and very light. He said "there was no room", implying he just didn't want to deal with it. Meanwhile, his store was empty compared to other locations. I will be complaining to UPS.
Upon conversation with others, including other UPS employees at a nearby location, that there are numerous complaints about this location, including Amazon returns.

Just moved to this side of town from near the anthem area and this was one of my first errands around here. Guy with accent was rude saying I couldn’t return my Amazon return bc the box wasnt in a bag so Amazon can’t resell the item.. Amazon doesnt resell everything that are returned btw, they inspect it and based on the condition donates them. It was already in a box they sent me with it. And my return states no box, label needed only… Had no prob returning something like this at my usual UPS near where I used to live. This guy had a stick up his ahh. But Amazon gladly accepted my return without a BAG over the BOX.

This place is the worst. They don’t honor UPS benefits of having a mailbox with The UPS Store. We ship from multiple cities and states and always get a discount because we have a mailbox with UPS. Then he wanted to charge us parcel charges for a letter that weighed 1.5 ounces

I've returned lots of Amazon packages and even shipped one package out to my aunt in Indiana and never had an issue with any of the staff. The guy who seems to be the manager during the day is always pleasant.Unfortunate to see all these one star reviews. I'll keep going here though. It's conveniently close to my house and next to my Smiths.

First and last time coming to this location. Dropped off some returns and one of the boxes happened to come untapped. She said it would be 2 dollars for a strip of tape. I questioned it because that seems ridiculous, and honestly had she just said it was the policy I would have just moved on with it. But the attitude that she threw at me about almost closing and not making any money off the return was absolutely uncalled for. It’s not my fault you hate your job. Just be aware of what you are walking into.

We went to a different UPS store first & they said we could not prepay for our package to be returned. Ramin Tabrizi took care of us no problem. Ramin was very professional & helpful. This is our new Go To UPS store!

Sad to say I was a long term customer since the first owner opened up this store. After a lost of an old employee, new staff has been nasty rude and refused services several time. When calling them to update service, their staff would put me on hold and hung up the line later. Finally, fed up with their new staff nasty attitudes and close my account with them.

Look at the reviews- this place is THE WORST!! The guy with beard at the counter was So Rude! My boyfriend had to come in and take over the conversation- the guy there refused to give us a little strip of tape because ours had come undone where any other place would have helped as a courtesy he was trying to charge $7.00 to help with securing the top. We immediately left and will Never go back there!
