The staff are great individuals who extend politeness to me. They make sure all my questions are answered and all services are full and complete. This alone gives me full satisfaction inwhich I would recommend to other people.

Literally the rudest employees EVER. Came here for a passport photo and they couldn’t answer any questions (or didn’t want to)not even the size of the photo which MATTERS. They were very unprofessional and literally blasting Loud music and super unprofessional.

I have been coming to this place for the last 12 years. Recent new staff and management not really experienced. Notary not equipped with knowledge about roles and regulations and not willing to take extra steps to understand. So many surround places provide much better service and have the expertise and knowledge of notary regulations.

I was on my way to an interview and needed to print some papers for it.Stopped at this UPS store with 15 minutes and Boom! Mission accomplished! The person who helped me was so fast and efficient !

I'm actually starting to like this location more and more. Some of the staff in there are super sweet. It can be a bit loud in there sometimes during busier times and it's legit like going into a night club with music and loud talking lol. Innocently enough, it's Just a bunch of young kids/young adults working and having fun doing what they do, but they get the job done however and everyone genuinely seems to get along really well. I'm a regular there and yesterday confirmed it when I was greeted with, "Hey Girl,Hey!" It Was hilarious but equally I returned the greeting.

This is my personal favorite UPS location. Helpful, friendly staff (even offer to help me unload packages!). You can back right up to the store's main entrance, prop the door open and unload packages with ease. As someone who ships packages daily, these little things make life that much easier.
