Showed them my "Key Savings Card" (I have a PMB at another store in Las Vegas) and (1) they couldn't offer any help about packing and shipping documentation and whatnot. Like, they didn't even try to see what my question was.
(2) They couldn't give me change for a $20 to have a 5 dollar bill for the nearby water kiosk. They did the old "check the empty register trick" coordinated by the manager lady who said to open a specific one. managers usually know roughly, if not exactly, what a just opened POS drawer has (they just opened). Around lack-luster effort and disappointing. You can do better! I smiled, said thanks, anyway, and left politely. Smith's gave me change no problem from the self-checkout supervisor and she was friendly.

Rude guy, no sense of behavior, the girl was ok, I think she was a bit helpful because she was the one that was helping me, both needs to be enrolled in customer service classes or find another job.

These UPS stores are always hit or missed … typical franchise. This one is definitely a miss.

This is the second package I have sent from this location and it was never scanned and shipped! The employees here are stealing packages as I send 50-60 packages a month with no issues until going to this location. This package required custom form and declared I was sending coins to a collector. Paid for package, watched them put label on it, I took a picture of it, handed it back to a male employee and was never sent out! Also I realized I gave them my return shipping address and it is written on envelope but they put there store location as the returned address. Do not ship packages from this location!! Had $750 worth of silver and coins stolen and never sent out. Buyer beware!

Caught them on a slow day. I was able to get some docs notarized. At this location, notary must be done before 4pm. There's a store email you can use to email some docs. Have it notarized and if there's no line, i was done in five minute.
Mariana was super quick with the notary and easy peasy.
Plenty of parking in the plaza.

This UPS Location is THE WORST. Not only did they pack and destroy 4 packages that i couldn't stress enough that were fragile and needed extra packing, they no longer accept post office packages i dropped of 5 pieces and got scolded for it? Don't you work in tandem with the USPS? Plus they have 5 kids on staff standing around doing nothing as they tell me they can't accept the packages do yourself a favor and bring your business to another location. Terrible terrible customer service!

Oh, bravo to the UPS Store for turning junk mail into a performance art piece! I recently had the pleasure of receiving a piece of exquisite junk mail, complete with the classy touch of having one of those coveted rent-a-mailbox addresses as the return address. Clearly, the UPS Store is on a mission to redefine the concept of "mailbox chic."Who needs personalized, meaningful correspondence when you can have a dazzling display of unsolicited advertisements and offers from companies you've never heard of, all with the air of sophistication provided by a UPS Store return address? It's like they've mastered the art of making you feel special while simultaneously bombarding you with unwanted nonsense.Forget about the joy of receiving a heartfelt letter or a thoughtful package; the UPS Store has brilliantly reinvented the mailbox experience by seamlessly blending it with the excitement of sorting through your recycling bin. I must say, their avant-garde approach to junk mail is truly groundbreaking. But let's not overlook the subtle genius of using a rent-a-mailbox for the return address. It's like a glamorous disguise for junk mail, attempting to trick you into thinking you're receiving something important or exclusive. Bravo, UPS Store, for turning the mundane act of sorting through mail into a thrilling game of "What Unnecessary Offer Will I Get Today?"In conclusion, if you're looking for an unconventional mailbox experience that combines the thrill of unwanted advertisements with the allure of a rent-a-mailbox return address, the UPS Store has you covered. Just be prepared for the sheer sophistication of their junk mail masterpiece – it's a real game-changer.

This one of the worst UPS store I have visited in years. Staffs were joking around and unaccommodating to a simple return. They overcharged for any label print job and tape. One of the staff asked me either take my packages home or buy the tape from them. Like they don’t give a damn about their customer service, either “spend money or leave attitude”. And the best part, it happened to me twice.I won’t go back to this location. The rude staffs and bad customer service put a stain on UPS name.
