Snotty attitude (scrawny kid in the black hoodie) and pathetic packing service. The box was destroyed and my item was badly damaged upon receipt...it was literally loose inside what was left of the box. It had no real value, but I paid more than $100 for packing and shipping. I really expected better.

DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!!!!!!
Over a month ago (May 9th), I entrusted for my WEDDING RING to be delivered to this store for it to have a safe delivery and pick up. I got a notification that my package was delivered and ready for pick up. I have proof of delivery documents from UPS. When I went to go pick it up, the young man told me they didn't have my package. Me being extremely confused, showed him the proof of delivery, and directions of how to pick up from that store and that it was indeed there, told me it wasn't and to file a claim. Ok so where is it? I reached out to the manager because he wasn't there that day, in which he told me he would look into it. He then in an email told me that the driver that day scanned the package using an employee that was not working that day to show it was "delivered" and what I am assuming took the package. It has been a month and it still not found. There has been no updates other than them "waiting for documents." This is beyond illegal and I have no answers and no wedding ring. They are trying to put it on the sender but the sender is not the one who scanned this package illegally and never delivered it despite having "proof of delivery." I also asked the sender to send whatever documents UPS is asking for and they told me they never got a request for documentation. The sender finished their investigation but UPS still hasnt when this was all THEIR fault. I don't know what kind of scam business this is but it feels like an invasion of privacy and this is ILLEGAL!!!! I've been waiting for them to do the right thing. I have spoken to customer service countless times and no one seems to know what's going on. Please do not trust this store with your packages to be sent or delivered there is something obviously illegal going on and no one seems to care. I guess the next step is to take legal action. DON'T USE THIS LOCATION OR STORE!!!!

What has happened to UPS? They used to be my preferred courier, but now they are comparable to FedEx and USPS. This specific store is my go-to location, mostly due to proximity, but recently they haven't been opening during their posted hours. Multiple times I have waited outside from 8:00-8:15am with no employee in sight. The staff are always courteous and polite. Punctuality is just as important!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Made an APPOINTMENT for the notary public and when we arrived, the notary had just gone on a 30 min. break. What’s the point of an appointment then?!

This place is horrible! Let them package, insure, and mail a gift on December 11th. Tracking shows it still sitting in this location. The store blames everyone else but themselves! Just go somewhere else and save yourself a huge hassle! Especially when the Manager is unhelpful too!

GARBAGE STORE. Dealership I was dealing with dropped off some important documents yesterday for overnight delivery to the co-signer. Fast forward today , I call UPS customer service and the documents haven’t moved and is still at this location despite them being dropped off before the cut off time. Trash of a store and trash of UPS as many of their “UPS Stores” have horrible employees and owners operating them.
