I went here to drop off a ups return where you are supposed to just show the QR code and the. UPS is supposed to print label and box and they tell me that I’m supposed to print the label and box it myself….
This happens to me every time I go to this location so then I end up having to go to a different ups store to drop it off and use the same QR code that they refused to accept….
This is literally a scam for them to sell boxes and to lie to the label for money when this is supposed to be a service provided by UPS….
What is going on here….
Update- I went to another ups store and used the same QR code to drop it off with no issues…. What kind of scam is the ups store running?

Should have looked at the reviews first before coming here. If you do not want to provide customer service after a certain time then close your store. I've never heard of a UPS Store saying they are no longer accepting Amazon boxes after a certain time. It's ridiculous and it comes down to pure laziness.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at the UPS Store while trying to return Amazon packages. Over three consecutive days, I faced uncooperative staff and inconsistent policies.
On May 20th, I was told that their system was down, although they could scan every other package. The following day, I called to confirm that their system was operational. When I arrived, I was told I needed a box. The third day, after getting a box, Arianna insisted it should be an envelope, not a box. When I asked about the difference, Becky, in an annoyed voice, explained that they make no money on Amazon returns and would rather not handle them, supposedly making only 10 cents per package.
Frustrated, I pointed out that this wasn’t my concern and they should accept the package. Becky then rudely told me to “stop being a whining…” and suggested I take my packages elsewhere. What they didn’t know is that I am a business owner, and my employees frequently ship items from their store. Needless to say, none of my packages will ever go out from that store again.
Their unprofessionalism and lack of customer service are unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this UPS Store for any of your shipping needs.

Don't bother trying to get there anytime near the listed opening time. No one will be there to let you in. 3 other cars waiting out front for someone to open the store. I gave up and left. But I looked inside through the window and it looks like it might actually be a functioning store if they had employees and those employees showed up to open the store.

Place is a pigsty. They are very disorganized, you can hear staff chatting in the back while a line is forming. And to top it off the staff, especially owner is extremely rude. She stands in the back addressing her staff telling them what to say instead of addressing the customers. Would recommend a little extra driving to avoid them if possible.

Horrible attitude every time I visited this store from the short haired Karen, didn’t mind until this last time when it took them over a week to ship my package they overcharged for. Go to a different store

Went in to have a package packed up at a different location and brought back to Las Vegas. The Gal on Monday night at 530 PM did not know how to do this. She said I have to go to UPS even thought she wore a UPS shirt. I went to another store and they got it done. Knowledge and customer service was none existent. Think twice before doing business here.Tried to call owner as requested at phone number provided. I was told I called the wrong store and the store manager hung up on me. I tried the email address provided and it did not work.

Ups mychoice is a joke. I train customer service reps for a living. Customer service is laughable and frustrating. Get it together… it’s 2023.

Just left this store and the lady was amazing. She seemed to be the only one there, which is hard on one person, but she dealt with it perfectly. She was nice and efficient. I had previously come from the usps where I received horrible customer service and decided to come here instead. Glad I did even if there was a wait, due to being short staffed.

Horrible customer service. They are still making money from Amazon returns but they are so rude about it. They always try to up sell on boxes/tape/prints etc. I printed my own labels and brought my own boxes and they were upset about that, she asked me about 4 times If the other person printed my labels and I said now, then she said “so you printed it at your house” why do care where I printed, I brought them with me and that’s all you have to worry about. If that’s not something you are interested in doing, maybe you should find something else.
