The girl with glasses at the desk is extremely rude. I just went in now to return a package and she won’t even put more than 1 small piece of tape. She got an attitude slam down the tape and rolled her eyes when I asked for a second piece. I see multiple complaints about her, hopefully management will listen and get rid of her. I hope whatever she’s going through god will heal her because that is a terrible attitude for such a young girl to have. I will pray for her.

If I could rate zero stars I would. A birthday card was mailed out of this location to my daughter and it arrived with the birthday money stolen out of it. Somebody from here opened it up, stole the money, and taped it closed. This was with next day shipping too $$! So disappointed in UPS! Even after a call to this location and letting them know all the details, they didn’t even have the decency to call me back and or apologize. It must happen all the time!

I guess I need to double-down on the rude associate I encountered at UPS store #102. When a customer walks and greets you with "Good morning" and your response is "how can I help you"?! I had to greet her twice, and she acted as if it pained her to say good morning! Obviously you can help me if you see me walk in with a large box. If you hate your job that much.. quit! If you're having a bad day set the tone to make it better. I don't have her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag (black hair in a ponytail with glasses). Needless to say I didn't do business there anyway, but this needs to be addressed by management; and not just lipservice response in the comments. Thank you!!

I use UPS for all my business shipping needs. Today we dropped off pre labeled packages and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude. I think she needs to find a new job because she clearly doesn’t respect the customers. All she had to do is scan the boxes and we help put them where they needed to go so I’m not sure what we did to deserve so much attitude. Maybe we will find another UPS store or we will switch to a different carrier all together.

To the owner of this branch your manager just screwed you out of a 20k a year account for $1.06 for tape if I worked for you I would have pulled the $1 out of my own pocket to get the account so you might want to find a new manager I will be using the us post office from now on thanks for helping me make this decision ?

Charged for a piece of tape. Read the reply from the previous comment but will do business at another ups store. Doesn’t it cost more for the card processing fee? Thanks

I pick up my grandmas packages from this location for her when I’m in town and always have a friendly encounter and fast experience. About a week into coming regularly they had my box number memorized and sometimes had my packages on the counter ready to go from the time it takes me to park, get out of my car and walk in the building. Today I had a late delivery to pick up and didn’t realized they closed at 3 until 2:56. I called and said my box number and they agreed to keep the store open a little later so I could get my grandmothers packages. Thank you to Rina and Olivia for their consistent commitment to customer service and professionalism and anyone else on the team I see when I come in that helps me out

Went to drop off an Amazon return. One area we missed needed maybe 3 inches of tape max, they said they would have to charge us $2 for it less = than a penny worth of tape. ??♀️ Customer service is lost on this place.
