I went in to drop off my box two weeks before and I selected 3 day select delivery. And my box got stolen at this property.Because it showed on my end that the origin scan was at this store and after that there was no movement on that box.My box had some original documents & $900 worth of stuff. When I filed the claim, investigation department told me that most likely the box is in the facility but they were never able to find it for me.I went in to the store and I asked this lady if she can tell me where my package is and she straight up told we can't do anything. Please don't send your valuable items through UPS because God forbid if UPS will lost it they not reimburse you at all. They have employees working inside who stole their customers boxes and UPS takes no liability for losing your box what so ever.

I went to return a Amazon package here. I forgot the print the barcode but the gentleman at the counter was super nice and printed it out for me. There was no wait and I was in and out in less than 5 mins!

I'm truly shocked on the low score for this place! The customer service has always been Top Notch for me. They move the line quickly, they don't get annoyed with all the Amazon returns I bring in every week. They're very helpful with a smile and always print me out my tracking labels all the time without question. Alexa is always so helpful with my returns and gives me the advice I need to make sure I'm shipping my packages the right way. Only UPS store I would use.

Young female staff member made very inappropriate comments to the person in front of me. Joking about this person’s father’s name and commenting on the customer’s unusual voice. This is a place of business, not a sleepover.

My husband took a banker's size box to this location this week to have the contents of the box shredded. THEY CHARGED HIM APPROXIMATELY $50.00 FOR ONE BOX. We have used UPS stores many times in California before we moved to Summerlin in 2021. This is double the cost of what we are accustomed to. Awful. Just awful. The UPS delivery driver parks his truck in the aisle and blocks parked cars. It happened to me and I nicely went inside and asked him to move. He finished his business before sauntering out. He simply moved it further down the aisle and blocked other shoppers.

Manager and employee both helped me track down a package that I forgot to put a apt # on when I sent it and was able to contact the store in another state to correct the address and get it shipped out! Great response time within mins of calling me back to update me on what was going on!

Just walked in and the only guy working the counter isn’t wearing a mask. Nice job following the governor’s mandate.Edit: this review is intended for the Hualapai location, not Charleston--my apologies!

First, I must say that my package was delivered safely, so I'm happy about that. Although much of that credit goes to larger UPS delivery organization rather than this individual store.I found the $100+ price for ground residential delivery to be a bit excessive. But I reluctantly paid because I was away from home and the package had to go out. I later reviewed my receipt and found that the 9 lb 1.2 oz package had a "42.00 lb billable wt (dim wt)." I returned to the store the next day and asked an employee about this difference and he could not explain it but seems sympathetic, so he agreed to have the manager call me when they arrived. I've yet to receive a call from that manager.A week later, I called the store and spoke to the assistant manager. He explained the concept of "dimensional weight" which sounded bogus to me, but I'll acknowledge is a valid shipping concept in the industry (that seems to work to the advantage of the shipping company). He then proceeded to tell me that the dim weight didn't matter and the price would have been the same regardless. So I received the service that I purchased, but I have concerns.1. The price seemed excessive, but seems to be UPS standard.2. Front line worker had not been trained to explain company pricing.3. No follow-up by manager.I fault myself for not understanding "dimensional weight." I encourage anyone shipping larger dimension items to understand this and minimize package size to minimize cost.

A very nice UPS store, opens when it's supposed to, not like some I've been to, easy to get to, you have to look closely when on Charleston to see it because it's in a shopping plaza with multiple businesses, it's easy to get to by bus, and the staff are friendly and helpful, I've been to a UPS store on E. Charleston that the manager, and the employees were just the opposite, and never opened on time, so I go out of my way to go to the one on W. Charleston, so much nicer staff.

I wont discredit any other reviews posted on here but my experience has been overall pleasant thus far. When I call to find out if packages have arrive (often have poor tracking with sender) the staff is always helpful. When I walk in they have my PO Box number memorized and grab my mail. The package text notification feature is a great addition, only had a few occasions where it didnt work. Not a deal breaker. I would highlight names of staff that Ive had good experiences with but dont have their names outside of Tanner, Chris and one other girl. I'll update this when I go there next.

I arrived at 9:05, behind one customer. He had a huge wrapped parcel and was speaking with the young lady who was behind the counter. I was pleased to see she was wearing a mask. She was speaking to the gentleman, and without really listening, I heard her ask him , "just a regular screwdriver"? Next I knew, I had spent 5 minutes watching him try to unscrew what was a bolt from a flatscreen TV base. The attendant and I both watched,, but apparently I was the only one who saw the time wasted... Another five minutes, dude was still on bolt one. I guess his lack of urgency finally made the agent realize I was still waiting. The best moment was when I saw the "Help Wanted" sign.; Help Needed!
