Paid this store $80 to package my computer monitors/equipment on a Thursday. Was quoted an additional almost 600.00 for shipping to get it to Florida by Saturday, 500 something by Monday and 415.00 by Tuesday. I chose 142.00 by Wednesday. Yesterday I used the tracking# to track the pkg and it said it would be here Wednesday. Today I tracked it and now it says Friday. Called the store and when she tracked it, it said Friday so it's not Friday yet, why am I calling? Explained AGAIN I paid 142 in shipping to have it here by Wednesday! She says ground transport is not guaranteed! I paid 142 for a mayyyybe?? Nowhere on my receipt does it say it's not guaranteed. The woman on the phone wasn't kind at all, and wasn't listening to me. Now I have an entire week of missed work!!! Would not recommend this place and will never use them again! Employee 168694 is a problem for this store. Bad review after bad review. Certainly wish I would've gone ANYWHERE else with my $228.00

I came in to the store to ship out 2 lamps, they ended up getting damaged. I contacted this store to get a claim started, and they were by far the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They weren’t willing to help me out, even though I shipped from THIS location. They told me it was “my issue and I had to deal with it on my own”. I am beyond disappointed on how I was treated by this UPS store.

Not necessarily politer, helpful or friendly so I stopped going there and I didn't want to leave a bad review but I keep getting emails to review them even after clicking "here" because I don't want these emails from them. Now maybe they'll finally take me off their email list.The one I have been going to is on Desert Inn and Durrango but now that the Vons is closing I guess I'l give these uptight, nu customer service having, jerk offs a chance again but it's more of the same attitude and nonsense like before I'll have to find another location... maybe closer to work or something.

Every single time I go to this post office I have a terrible experience. I blame myself, because I have kept coming back, but this is the last time.The lady with the short hair (I don't know whether she is the owner, the manager, or a staff member, but I sincerely do not care) is not fit to work with customers. I have no idea how they can afford being so rude considering the amount of competition out there. You are not doing people a favor and you should be grateful every time someone walks in because without customers you would be out of business.Today I needed to print a shipping label. I emailed it to them and they printed it. I was charged $3. I just paid 2 dollars last week to print over 10 pages at the same store. You do the math. Then, I ask to purchase a box and this same lady comes out with a box which is bigger than what I need. I ask if she has a smaller box and she says no— I guess she assumes I have never been to another post office before and proceeds to tell me rudely that the size of the box does not matter. Then, she charges me $8 for it. Again, my fault, as I could have gotten a box from the Dollar Tree next door.Finally, she goes on to tell me that the shipment will take a few days. She cannot, as usual, tell me how long. As per the tracking number, they "have not received my package yet". What did she do with it? I guess I'll find out eventually.This is not about the money. This is about the fact that they think they can rob you blind while treating you like garbage in the process. This is not the first time this woman treats me poorly.I have news for you: There is a Post Office almost in every plaza now, dear.I will make sure to tell everyone I know how terrible the service is here so that they do not spend a dime in this place.

I seldom mail things or use UPS for shipping stuff out, but I am here (Sahara / Fort Apache location) all the time for returns (mainly Amazon). Even though I am not a paying customer, I am always greeted in a friendly manner and my returns are handled efficiently and politely.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. THEY ARE THIEFS AND SCAMMERS. The worst service. Came in with a no box required return for amazon, and the first thing the owner said was she could not accept it if it was not packaged and labeled and proceeded to tell me she could sell me the packaging for each item and the tape to attach the labels. Had been here before, and she also tried to charge me $20 to print a one page document I needed notarized aside from charging me for the notarization. Avoid this place like the plague.

My neighborhood UPS store. I wasn't to keen on it a year ago, but because I'm a frequent customer they have gotten to know me. I feel comfortable with the store.I send frequent packages to my friend and family, and I feel the shipping is affordable.Located next to the new Dollar Tree on West Sahara and Fort Apache on the NE side

First bad review ever. Have to be super upset to do this. Went in today, bought a box for what I was sending. Told the guy I needed to print a label. He said to email it to their email. So I did. He said when it comes through we will take care of it. Waited on the side. Then he calls me up to the counter and proceeded to ask for my info. I begin giving him my info. He asks for the recipients address and I say "it's on the label I'll be printing" he's like " you're printing a label? Then why am I doing this and taking your information?" He goes into the back and starts talking crap out loud to the lady that also works there. I tried to stay calm but then I stated my case. I said "I told you I was printing a label and you specifically told me the email to send it to. You asked for my information and I kindly gave it to you. I didn't know it was to make another label? I told you i needed you to print me one. I don't know your job or your protocols, I'm not a shipping expert or an employee here and I don't appreciate you making me look stupid as if this confusion is my fault!" Anyway, I can't stand people or places that don't take accountability. He could've said sorry mis communication on my part, I forgot you were printing a label. But to go in the back and talk crap super loud making me look stupid. Thinking I wouldn't snap back because I look like a young sweet girl? Sorry sir, not today, you picked the wrong girl! Rude, irresponsible and unprofessional! This place was convenient but I'll drive a little further from now on! This guy ruined it for me. Been going here for years. So sad.

I'm writing a review after my second encounter with the man with glasses who works there. The first time he did not acknowledge me for a while talking about sports to two leaving customers who kept glancing at me noticing me waiting with a package while he kept talking about boxing. I even recorded it cause i was shoooockeddd when they finally left he answered his cellphone from his wife and was having a full blown conversation with her while I had questions about overnighting a package. He messed up a part and said "it's because I was on the phone sorry that was rude of me." And proceeded to tell me details on his neighbor in California who lost her mind. I left thinking I am never going back there. Then I came again yesterday, I clearly had amnesia until i saw the same man and cringed. I had to ship an order so he told me I had to go to the post office because my QR wouldn't work unless I had a printed label. So I said no I'm not going to the postal office I'll print it and I'll be back as I was about to walk out to print it, I turned and said do you guys print things here? And he said oh yeah (like why would he not offer that?) so then I sent my label to the email, he never told me a price or that they charge for it and then he charged me $7 for a box. Let me slide my card and said "oh you know what I forgot to charge you for the label, I knew something was off." And I said for the print? And he said yeah it was $2.75 so I said ok??? Go ahead and he said no it's fine looking away irritated as if it was my fault. He has ZERO customer service skills I will never go back here and tell everyone not to go to that location. His behavior is awful. I should have said something the first time but I didn't want to make a scene he really needs to be in the back of the office working with a stapler not people.
