Never have any issues at this location with tall younger guy longer hair really nice and very helpful. I had an interaction with an older blonde hair lady wearing a mask. She was very rude and has so sort of chip on her shoulder or attitude. I'm not sure her deal, but it was not just towards me, but it was also towards other customers. She needs a refresher course in customer service and an attitude check!

The guy that was working behind the counter was rude. Talked nasty to the customers, slammed our documents was not professional at all. He wasn’t wearing a badge so I was unable to get his name.

Came to this location for the first time and it will be the last time. Craig was rude and belligerent. Read reviews on yelp and it is the same bad behavior from the same person. This guy is a liability to a company like UPS. When I asked him where their QRcode to do reviews, he called me a “douche” and said to get out of the store! This has to be addressed! People like Craig should not be doing customer service jobs.

After being given the runaround and going back-and-forth with the post office, I met Tammy at the UPS store and she went above and beyond to help me get my problems taken care of. She is an absolute breath of fresh air. Her professionalism and compassion is a rarity these days

Everyone here is super nice and the best ups shipping store ever. They have everything including postage, boxes, packing and everything you need. One stop shop. My #1 shipping place over all the others.

Wow Craig is absolutely AMAZING! Professional and goes above and beyond. If the management for this store is reading this please give this employee a raise, you don’t find someone willing to go above and beyond for the customer now a days and he is perfect representation of great service! Friendly and fast, you won’t be disappointed at this location.

I called to ask a simple question to see if it is cheaper to purchase a shipping label online vs in-store and the lady who answered was super condescending, talking to me like I was dumb with a bad attitude. She kept asking, "How should I know, I don't buy labels online" and "This is a UPS store not UPS." Am I supposed to know there is a difference? I guess I shouldn't assumed the UPS store was an extension of UPS and their employees would know if buying a shipping label online is going to be the same price buying in-store.Reading past reviews from this location and it seems like I spoke with Tammy as she's brought in countless negative reviews for her bad attitude and lack of customer service. Been coming to this store for almost 15 years, not anymore.
