SERIOUSLY..... WHAT A BAD DAY I HAD, THEY MADE ME FEEL BAD AND DEPRISED, AS SOON AS I GOT HOME I STARTED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO OVERLOOK IT SINCE THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT'S HAPPENED TO ME, I'VE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS BECAUSE IT IS CLOSER AND CONVENIENT, I ARRIVED AT 4:34 TODAY SATURDAY JUNE 15, 2024 WITH TEMPERATURE OF 102 TO LEAVE SOME PACKAGES, WHEN I SAW A BIG GUY LOOKING AT ME AND ALMOST ALMOST RUNNING TO CLOSE THE DOOR, I SHOWED THE TIME AND HE IGNORED ME, OKAY. TODAY, SATURDAY, THE HOURS ARE FROM 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM, I ARRIVED AT 4:34 PM, I CHECKED THE SCHEDULE SO THAT I WOULD NOT REMOVE IT FOR COMPLAINING AND I SAW THAT I STILL HAD 26 MINUTES TO BE ABLE TO REQUEST THE SERVICE, I TOOK A PHOTO OF THE SCHEDULE AND THE INTERIOR THERE WERE STILL LIKE 3 OR 4 PEOPLE INSIDE BEING SERVED, COULD IT BE BECAUSE OF MY SKIN COLOR? OR WHY WAS I IN SHORTS? SERIOUSLY, I FELT BAD BECAUSE WHEN THE GUY WAS CLOSING, HE JUST LOOKED AT ME AND CLOSED, I SIGNED THE TIME TO LET HIM KNOW THAT I STILL HAD TIME TO ENTER BUT HE IGNORED ME. I'M GOING TO UPLOAD THIS ON THE NETWORKS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME TO SEE IF SOMEONE DOES SOMETHING IN THE COMPANY OR COMPANY AND WELL I DON'T KNOW, IF THAT WOULD BE CORRECTED BECAUSE I ONLY WENT OUT FOR THAT, TO LEAVE SOME PACKAGES WITH THESE HIGH TEMPERATURES..... ...THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME AND READING, I HOPE MY EXPERIENCE IS USEFUL TO SOMEONE AND DOESN'T GO THROUGH THIS, I CAME FEELING GOOD, I AM VERY SENTIMENTAL.
I'M GOING TO SEE IF THE LAS VEGAS MYTHOTERO CAN HELP ME TO EXHIBIT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AND THEY BE MORE KINDER AND HELPFUL, OR AM I WRONG?

My recent experience at the UPS store left much to be desired. The customer service was shockingly poor, with staff displaying a complete lack of professionalism and competence. Not only were they unhelpful, but they also seemed indifferent to my concerns and inquiries. It was as if they couldn't be bothered to assist me, despite being paid to do so. Additionally, the wait times were exorbitant, leaving me standing around feeling frustrated and ignored. Overall, I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this UPS store if they value efficient and courteous service.

If I could give this store 10 stars I would! The employees were soooo helpful and friendly and kind! I was helping a friend move her mom across country and we had to ship a LOT of boxes and Linda and the young man (I can't remember his name I'm sorry) went above and beyond! They helped us re label everything, tape it all up and send it on its way. There were 13 packages total and they did it with such ease. The customer service we experienced here was so amazing! They are super hard workers that take pride in customer service and it shows. Thank you Linda for all of your amazing help!

They will only send your package if you make a complete profile giving them all your info. You guys don't need my phone number to send a package.
