They did not return my Amazon return. I have returned hundreds of Amazon packages over the years and this is the first time one did not make it back to them. I would not use them for Amazon returns.
They charge 5 dollars and 27 cents to print a shipping label. Get out of here.

Whoever owns mailbox 105117 operating as World Prosperity Now is actually a scammed who is trying to take my family member for over 35000.00. They should be ashamed of themselves and this UPS store is allowing it to happen!

I’m standing in front of this godforsaken place, they’re supposed to open up at 8 o’clock am, It is 8:37 am. Some man with a mask ran inside turned all the lights on, that was 15 minutes ago. WHAT A JOKE no wonder this place has very low ratings

Nahid, at the Las Vegas store, was so helpful and patient. We shipped several boxes in various sizes. She guided us through the process.

Horrible service given that they do not honor their Amazon agreement to pack and tape the boxes. They want to charge $2 for taping a box! I have called Amazon and reported them for not honoring their agreement!!!

They charge to tape your box for Amazon returns. I'll stick to my UPS store in summerlin no one store was empty when I walked in.

I do not recommend taking your Amazon returns to this location. They only accept “certain sizes” and then try to sell you packing supplies when Amazon give you a No Box No Label shipping option.

Unbelievable Service at UPS warm springs/eastern Walmart strip - Avoid at All Costs!
I am utterly dismayed and feel compelled to warn others about my recent experience at the [UPS Location Name]. It's hard to imagine how this place has received anything above a one-star rating.
Firstly, the staff's attitude was outright rude and unprofessional. It's a basic expectation to be treated with respect in any service environment, but sadly, that was not the case here.
Moreover, the absurd pricing policy for basic supplies was shocking. They had the audacity to charge for a simple piece of tape! What should be a standard courtesy in packaging services was turned into an opportunity to nickel and dime a customer.
To make matters worse, when I expressed my reluctance to pay for something as trivial as tape, they began to negotiate the price as if it were a marketplace bargaining session. This is not only unprofessional but also reflects a lack of standard business ethics.
I strongly advise anyone considering using the services of this UPS location to rethink their choice. There are plenty of other service providers who understand the importance of customer service and fair business practices.

This location is being run by scam artists! Look at the other reviews! They’re charging random fees that other locations don’t. These fees are not posted. I’ve contacted UPS corporate. Hopefully they’ll do something.

They charge a $5 “email service” in addition to the printing costs.
Never been to a UPS that charges an e-mail fee.

If i can put - 0 i will put the worst location u even went to the employee and the manager unprofessional bad communication such a trashy place I don’t recommend anyone to come to this location i always ho to ups other locations never have issue with anyone but this location very baddddddddd no respect at alll
