Rude customers service the guy with mask on was ridiculous rude for no reason he was making buy a box when I didn’t even need one he said he didn’t care and he makes his rules I just went to different locations where they were all for their customers

If there were 0 STARS as an option - that is what they would get! I just hung up the phone with some braindead by the name of Patel who thought it was ethical to charge $23.xx to send out a certified letter with signature. When I questioned the price, he affirmed that "this is what the post office is charging". So I researched. As of July 14, 2024, the cost to send a letter USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt is $2.62. Yes - you read that right: $2.62. With return receipt: add $4.10. So this dirtbag in effect wanted to hit me with a 250% markup - yes you read that right, too, to profit $16.80 just to send a piece of mail certified!!!! **** DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS **** RIP OFF ARTIST!!!!!!!

I dropped off 1 Amazon return small box, they charged me $2 dollars to tape the box... So for anyone dropping off here make sure they are taped.... ?

Don't give a 0 because it won't allowed me. This person who works at this location was the same who worked at the Nellis facility which is closed. He have extremely poor customer service and instead of trying to help customer he jist kick you out the store and the only thing that I mention was what my Nike returned email said and mention he was the one in the other location. After that he said he cant help me to go away then I told him poor customer service and leave.
Nike should be aware that he tried to charge for their labels as well.

They made me buy a brand new box to ship my package and the proceed to not use the box that the made me purchase and package it in a amazon used box it even had the amazon tape

If I could rate 0 stars I would.
I walked in to do Amazon returns. The associate didn’t greet me and I was the only person in the store. Okay, fine. Typical these days, customer service isn’t a priority. Neither is kindness.
Finally they said “what can I help you with?” I said I have Amazon returns and they said “don’t we all!” Wow. Rude.
Then they proceeded to argue with me that I needed another box to put my items in but my returns had the Amazon labels on them. I said I’ve never had an issue before and asked if I should go somewhere else and they said “no it’s fine.” I apologized for the inconvenience and left but will NEVER return to this store again.

Excellent customer service! This UPS store is a great place to ship items out of. I go here a lot, and I always get great treatment. The workers are very dedicated to doing a great job. I really recommend this place.

This place does not deserve any stars , walked in with seven people in line and one representative who moved slower than a turtle. When you have to wait in line 30 minutes they need to hire someone else.

Makes no sense to come to the store when they're open at 8:30am while the store is still closed. Be responsible to open on time as I left 8:55 as no UPS employeeed showed up to open the store. Unprofessional and irresponsible!

This store always has confused staff with different information and they don't have the same capabilities as other stores because "it's a different hub from a different warehouse on a different side of town". I don't understand why my side of town gets less options than my old side of town. That seems unfair and unreasonable for a chain company to have different rules. How would I know this until I arrive and have already waisted my time?

I came here last Monday and I'm disabled in a wheelchair and the older man who was working did not service me and helped other customers. I was there for over 25 minutes and just left. I am not happy I am a senior citizen with 1 leg and this is the worst I’ve ever been treated. UPS needs to take matters like this seriously.

I sent an envelope to Carson City, NV, which is supposed to take 2 days. Since it is in the same state, I thought it was going to be fast, but unfortunately, it is taking a forever. Also, I have another package going to Richmond VA, I sent it on March 28. It was supposed delivery by April 3rd and still on the way to the destination. This is the reason why I would not recommend this place, stay away from here!!!

DO NOT SHIP YOUR PACKAGES FROM HERE OR TO HERE . THEY DISCRIMINATE AND
