I have to say Carla not only provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at a UPS store but the best customer service I’ve had at any store in a very long time. She was extremely pleasant and positive during the entire interaction and turned my entire morning around.

Went there on Tuesday 05-09-2023 Dark hair gentleman clerk. I told him we were told to go to a UPS store and give them Company’s name and they have a account and we could drop off 5 pieces to send back. He told me I need company # more paperwork on phone # and a few other things. I asked him 2 more times to just look up Company in the system. Told me again it doesn’t work like that. I left this store went one block down and walked in told them my situation and boom she went into computer and found company and my name and everything that needed. I’ll never go back to this location again,you lost me as a customer

The man at the store the day I came in for a notary helped but was in a horrible mood and he did not fall short in trying to apply his bad mood onto me. He did not hand me my license back when he was done with it. Instead he dropped it on the counter next to him so I can extend my arm out to reach for it instead. He also did the same with my receipt. I know some days it could be hard when working and trust me I can relate, but I try not to place my bad mood onto other people. I am a nice and kind person, this behavior was just unnecessary. What's so hard about handing over what belonged to me back? I wasn't even trying to get him into a worse mood, so I don't feel like I deserved this at all. The least he could have done was properly hand me my things back. Rude and unnecessary.

Who's the a****** running the counter? 3 years of wearing a mask has killed a lot of your Brain cells boy. I'm carrying a 40 lb box, forced to listen to these guys talk for 20 f***ing minutes right before closing. Said he was "super busy" there was NO ONE in there but us and some random sitting on a chair by the counter who kept staring at me. Wouldn't take my Amazon box, wanted to charge me for tape for a box that was clearly closed- stay clear from this location.

If I could give this company a zero I would . My uncle died recently , and I had a box of sentimental items labeled fragile. They were bubble wrapped extremely my items and it was labeled fragile on the box in big letters. I cannot believe that every item that was shipped in that box broke! And there is a hole in the box as well! This is unacceptable. It’s as if somebody purposely threw the box clearly knowing it’s labeled fragile. The box was clearly thrown since there is a ton of scuff marks and a giant hole. The worst part is they ask if we have insurance as if these items are replaceable. They have a ton of sentimental value and cannot be replaced. I am disgusted with this company. Do not use this company if you have fragile items to ship that have meaning.
