I have used the services at this UPS store numerous times. The staff is always efficient and helpful. The prices are reasonable. Today Alex was amazing. He navigated some technical problems and was able to meet all my copy, fax and postal needs. He was friendly and kept his cool while helping a number of customers.

Came into the store and Associate Dominique was very welcoming, I asked him questions and he quickly responded and explained to me how the shipping works! I recommend this UPS for all your shipping needs and services!

I have to say Carla not only provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at a UPS store but the best customer service I’ve had at any store in a very long time. She was extremely pleasant and positive during the entire interaction and turned my entire morning around.
