Lay and Romiro were so much help today! We had 15 boxes and they stayed late to make sure we got everything printed and taped up. We were a huge headache, but they remained so so kind and patient with us. Really sweet people!!

June 30 2024 they changed the fee to print a label to $5.42 , absolutely absurd. I've been here so many times and plenty of times the attendant has literally just done it for free or for spare change. $5.42 to print a single sheet of paper is absolutely ridiculous.
DJ is always very pleasant & kind. Thank you.

On March 19 my boyfriend wand to send a package returned, there tuck that package no Problem. TODAY april 16, John refused to asep my returned package, but today is im Latino my boyfriend is white. Is very rond because is my firt time seed it a package.. and a was just returned He's dont want to help. HI MAKE ME GO TO A USA POST SERVICES. This location sucks, I send back a package and it obvious that it was makeup because it had the brand name on the box, so when the package arrive at their warehouse they told me items were missing when I knew what I sent back, I honestly was pissed off that I was going to go and ask for the person who took my package but decided not too because I knew it was going to get ugly, so now I just go to the Russel road location everyone there are so nice, so people please avoid this location.
