If I can give it 0 stars then I Would. On 7/25 I shipped out my package and paid for 2 day shipping. The Tracking showed that it was delayed for 2 days and when I finally received it I noticed that some stuff was missing. BEWARE. DO NOT SHIP OUT AT THIS LOCATION. YOUR STUFF WILL GET STOLEN.

I ship out from this location about 3-4 times a month and always it's been great with Ashley, but it's the first time I've had a horrible experience. I walk in and both associates are deep into their computers. No other customers are inside. Theres no parcels on the scale or apparent work theyre doing and it seems as if they are both willfully ignoring my presence and so I wait to be addressed. They look at me and no one says anything. They look again and I speak up "is someone available?".
Rome, the customer associate, gets an attitude and says "we see you but we are busy with something else. When we are available we'll let you know". He tend proceeds to move from the computer and move paperwork around on a back counter and then continues his excuses about why they cant acknowlege my presenece or communicate that they busy. Between him and this other white female associate working at 2pm on Sat July 27th they need to figure out how to treat customers that are there and present. Put aside whatever you're doing to take care of the person in front of them. I'm one person with one parcel with a barcode that needs to be scanned so I can get on with my day.
My transaction took 30 seconds. The time it took him to get an attitude and tell me about what he was doing I could have been in and out of there. They both have no understanding that perception is key to the customer. We don't know if he was playing Tetris or surfing the internet.
With businesses shutting down left and right this treatment of paying customers is unacceptable. The tone, attitude and what was said was completely unnecessary. No one signs up to be treated like that.

Just because I chose to print my docs with two sides on each paper that she can’t make more money, yes I mean the slim young girl, she removed the contents at the footage of all my docs and not until I returned home I found this problem. she needs to go get more training and learn how to show some manners

I'm an online seller and bring ALOT of packages of all sizes weekly. The staff is always helpful and gets me packed up and secured quickly. Corey used to be my go to guy but unfortunately he left but the service is still as good. Prices are reasonable, cheaper than other UPS Stores when trying to send the exact same item to the same place. It can get busy and it's a small store with 1 of 2 employees so have some patience and don't get all frustrated for nothing.

This has been my UPS store for quite some time.
