They want to charge me to come pick up my package!I will not be home during delivery hours since I work but when I was going to save them a delivery and offer to come pick it up myself their website wanted to charge me to do their work.

UPS delivery driver from 740 N Martin L King location LIED and said they attempted to deliver my package, and they did not. I was home all day, and looking at my surveillance camera, no delivery attempt was made. This driver needs to be fired asap. I paid extra to have the package rush delivered on Friday, now I can't get the package until Monday, after the deadline. This is unacceptable.

Female supervisor in charge of investigations and tracking down packages is super unprofessional and rude. Calls me, accuses me of stealing the very package THAT THEY LOST and gets mad at me when she says that anyone in the apartment complex can sign for a package that never reached my door. It's insane. The signature isnt even close to the name on the package! UPS messes up and can't even fix their mistakes properly

Tyler JohnstonHands down best UPS driver. Our experience with him is always wonderful, communication is always great he has excellent customer service and always handles quickly and professionally. He makes me feel comfortable with all of my orders knowing they’ll be delivered with care. Thank you for everything you do TYLER. UPS please hire more people like him! I recommend you get there early because they just had open during the week @10am and it was only one desk attendant 2 people in front of me and 5 people behind me in line. Otherwise nice and convenient

Be aware that the customer service desk is not open from 7pm to 8pm as the representatives on the UPS customer support line will tell you, it is only open from 10 am to 2 pm. I was assured by three separate representatives that my package would be rerouted and available for pick-up between 7pm and 8pm, but when I got there the security guard told me that they have not done that since before COVID and he said that the customer support line regularly sends customers there at that time even though it is closed. Now I will have to pay the fee again to get it shipped to a store as I am unable to pick it up during their hours due to work.
