DO NOT BUY from here. They sale cars that are broken masked as a genuine car. Seems great on paper but once sold, car starts to have major issues. BE AWARE AND LOOK AT ALL THE TRUTHFUL BAD REVIEWS

We bought a VW about 6 months ago and had enough time to test it. All in all we got the best experience to buy a used car. Mo provided us a free Carfax and everything went smoothly and uncomplicated. We’ll come again for our second car.

I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Despite paying in full upfront, they made me sign an "as is" agreement. Shortly after the purchase, I discovered significant suspension issues, and subsequent repairs revealed further problems with the tires. It appears they conduct superficial maintenance and clear histories to disguise underlying issues. Their lack of transparency and integrity make them an unreliable choice for car buyers. (I had to replace all my tires due to them being completely worn out and flat, a costly and frustrating outcome of the dealership's deceptive practices.) seriouly i would have given them minus if there was any option.

If I could give minus stars I would. They sell vehicles to pregnant woman that have head gasket leaks and then don’t stand behind it. Do the right thing for Stephanie Ortiz and fix her car she bought from you.

We bought a 2021 Jeep Compass Limited back in January 2024, and to be totally honest it was a really good experience. Mo is awesome! he is not what you would expect from a used car salesman. This is not a high-pressure dealership, they are laid back and very patient, the purchase process was about as easy as it gets. The jeep was perfect no issues so far, and my daughter absolutely LOVES it! I highly recommend this place, ask for Mo.

Purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata from this dealership and man when I tell you these guys are the most friendly and professional guys to do business with the process was so smooth got the best deal with low miles. Told a couple of my buddies about this place and they also were helped tremendously buying vehicles for their teen drivers. 6 stars in my book!!!

My family came across Universal auto while in Vegas. The next day we test drove 2 cars. We liked both cars. Two days later we went back and bought a Nissan Sentra. A few issues came up after our purhcase, and Universal auto fixed the problems. Our family took a road trip from Las Vegas to Denver Colorado with our newly purchased car, stayed for a month then drove back from Denver to Las Vegas. And the car made the trip with no issues. We wanted to take the time to thank Roya, her husband, including the friendly staff for helping my family find a great working car that is gas efficient and reliable.

Do not buy a car from this dealership they sold me a car with a blown head gasket that’s going to cost me over $8000 to fix I bought a 2016 jaguar XJL. The sales manager did not mention any repairs needed for the vehicle. He stated that the vehicle runs and drives great. I was an out-of-state buyer and had the vehicle shipped He lied The car has tons of problems. And they aren’t doing anything about it they blocked my number Do not be the next victim
