Dishonest business practices, used their trade valuation for a cargo van, spoke with a rep over the phone and was given an estimate then went to the dealer and was offered 5k less than their original estimate. The rep Daniel didn't take accountability then blamed his assistant for the wrong information. They proceeded to tell me their car estimator was new that's why the valuation was low because "he's still learning" waste of time would not recommend this dealer for any sales.

Neal was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure the desired car and ensure top quality. He pulled options up for me, ready to test drive, it is now cold outside, but I didn't have to walk the lot, I told Neal what I wanted and he went to the lot and pulled my Sentra choices up for me to look at. He also kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him. When Neal tells you, "I got you" believe it. If you want hassle free car buying that has every step laid out for a in and out quickness, Neal, Finance Manager at United Nissan, Sahara, is the best to make it happen. Best car buying experience ever. Many thanks to Sanchez the finance manager, working those numbers out, appreciate ya!!!!

i've been taking my Murano there since I bought it five years ago for oil changes and whatever else it might need. Carlos J always finds a way to fit me into the schedule as my time is very busy. I've even started taking my daughters Mustang there for oil changes. He gets us right in and out even on same day appointments. I appreciate his attention to all the details.

My husband and I are currently in the midst of an open bankruptcy. Anyone who knows this knows that the moment you file, the car dealerships come out of the woodwork ready to lend in droves. The only reason I'm sharing this publicly is to highlight what went wrong with the interaction with United Nissan. We received a letter from Neal Shelton, one of the sales staff team members. He reached out to see if he could help us get into a car. My initial concern was the letter, which was not on letterhead but instead on an otherwise bland white page. Other dealers had much more impressive-looking letters. There were a couple of grammar issues noted on Neal's letter as well. This gave me pause, but I didn't want to shut down any opportunities we had to purchase for the right interest rate. I should have listened to my initial concern, however.Neal and I started to correspond via text to discuss our situation. He stated that he could work with an open bankruptcy. I specifically asked him to provide us with an approval before we spent the gas to come down to the dealership. I sent him the appropriate financial documents for review. Shortly after that, he texted that everything was good to go in terms of approval; we could come on down to get us taken care of.Fast forward to being at the dealership. First, what was gross to me is the number of salespeople who were waiting outside near the front door. The moment you pull up, they start converging on your car like a flock of vultures descending on poor, unsuspecting prey. My husband and I batted them away and headed inside to meet with Neal. Upon meeting him, he seemed nice enough, so we proceeded forward, which is where the experience dove-tailed.First, Neal has no concept of discretion. He has a big, booming voice, and he used every octave of it to blare our financial situation throughout the dealership, showing not an ounce of concern for the fact that everyone around us knew about our situation. While I didn't notice, my husband stated it caused other people to look at us several times, which I wonder if that was Neal's intention.Second, he was focused on handfeeding us cars one by one. After we gave him our requirements, he went and got a car for us to test-drive. I would have preferred to have seen a range of cars based on our approval amount. That wasn't in the cards. Why? Because despite telling me via text that approval was good to go, he later admitted he had NOT gotten formal approvals. At that point, it was clear that he was 1) dishonest and 2) interested in controlling the narrative. The first car he showed was a Volkswagen, which was a bit too small for our needs. That's when Neal showed how pushy he could be; he insisted multiple times on us testing that car and wouldn't budge on showing us another one despite my protestations about the size of the car. We tested it, and while I drove just fine, it was, as I originally stated, too small.Next up, he brought out a Nissan Rogue. While the car looked nice, I noticed after we tested it that there was significant paint damage on the back of it. I asked Neal why he would show that car to a prospective customer, and his response was telling of exactly how he viewed us as customers. He proceeded to dictate that we should use that car as a temporary one until about a year the bankruptcy settled and then trade it in for something we actually like. He also implied that this is all we deserved. And that angered me. Let's just say that I had a crucial conversation with him in that moment and set clear expectations on how my husband and I would be treated. He got upset and stormed off. I decided I was done and told my husband he could deal with the dealership moving forward, as I wasn't going to argue further and would just look at the seven other offers from other car dealerships who had reached out.My husband stayed to talk to them more, but he eventually came to the car. He stated Neal went to get another salesperson to help, since he was unable to. It was too late by that point. The

Thanks to my sales person at United Nissan, DJ Snyder, I am in a car that I love! With my last car, I went through 6 months of stress and paying major car repairs to make sure I was able to get back and forth to work. When first meeting DJ, I was appreciative of his patience and thoughtfulness to share additional resources with me that could assist me in my stress. Though I did not purchase my car at our first encounter, DJ stayed in contact with me. When my car didn't start 6 months after our meeting, DJ answered my call and met with me right away! DJ was also very competent and continued being patient with me the day of sale until I was able to lock in a car that fit with my budget. I've been in my car for the past couple of months and I am happy that I was able to trust DJ to help get the car that I needed. See DJ at United Nissan on East Sahara for your next car purchase. He is dependable and you will drive off of the lot happy!

This dealership needs significant improvement on customer service. I was sold a car , I haven't even had it a month and it's falling apart.I've been given nothing but excuses for every issue it has! I do intend to take this matter up with the better business bureau. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They are a joke!
