Great people to work with. Moving is always a hassle but the scheduler and their staff handled all my stuff with much TLC and ensured everything is intact and scratch free. Great Job guys!! Thank you

I've used them twice and they are exceptional! They are efficient and reasonably priced and professional and caring and reliable. LaTasha and Traci went above and beyond everytime. I will continue to recommend them to everyone!

From the beginning to the delivery in a different state, we were very pleased in the handling of our precious items.Worked well with Traci in the office to delivery manager and staff all together.

These guys were terrific. The estimate was nearly twice as what I actually payed and that because these guys and gal were super efficient. They also took great care of my furniture and many other items. Definitely recommend this company and will for sure utilize again.

I have nothing but positive things to say about United Moving Solutions. From getting a quote from Traci, setting up delivery windows with LaTasha and doing the actual move with Brian and his crew, it all went amazing. I was worried after receiving the quote it was too good to be true and end up with a nightmare experience. It was the exact opposite except the awesome price. I would absolutely use them again and hope I get Brian and his team. For reference, they handled a move from Las Vegas to Seattle.

This is the 3rd time I have used United Moving Solutions and each time the estimate is spot on, Brian and the team today were prompt, courteous ,quick, responsive, kind and communicative. Traci you are always a pleasure to speak with. Highly recommended. I won't use anybody else. Thank you Brian for your professionalism and taking care of unwanted ?.

At first I was hesitant about hiring movers, the calling to get quotes down to the actual move. Then I came across United Moving Solutions and everyone I dealt with from Tracy who did the cataloging of inventory for pricing, to Brian and Lupe who moved us. Were just absolutely phenomenal. The quote was exactly what I was charged the day of the move no hidden fees. The guys had the truck loaded taken to the new destination and unloaded even set a few items back up for us and were still done before tthe quoted amount of time .. they were very professional wrapped everything and kept the right pace of conversation going. Can't say enough good things about the people I got to interact with in the company. Thanks guys

If I could give this company/movers more stars I would. Phenomenal experience from start to finish! We called and the “receptionist” was knowledgeable and kept in contact the week of the move with updates on when they would arrive. The 2 movers Brian and Bravlio were EXCEPTIONAL. They were timely, courteous, professional and respectful of our property. I have moved many times and this by far was the best experience I’ve ever had within 5 states. I highly recommend!

I had a very good experience with Brian & Brauilo. They took very good care of my stuff & treated it like it was there’s. They were on time & it took the minimum to do the job. Next move I do will definitely be with these two guys. Best guys ever for a move.

Alex and his team(s) of movers did a great job working in a difficult environment (105+ heat index at delivery!, AND into a very cluttered house). I was pleasantly surprised that the same team leader that loaded us in Nevada unloaded us in Texas. LaTasha (the dispatcher) was also great and understanding of our challenges. Thank you United Moving Solutions for doing such a great job.

The worst customer service ever. Did not receive our stuff for over two weeks. So many thing’s destroyed. When our stuff did arrive, only half of it came. They didn’t even realize they didn’t have all of our things. We got pennies on the dollar for all of the things they broke. We also received someone else’s things. They hire anyone they can that lives close to unload the truck, not experienced movers. They dumped the second load on our driveway. Shay is such a liar, she will say anything to get your business and then not keep her word.

Our moving day could not have gone better. We have moved multiple times over the years and never a fan of having to prepare for this. Dealing with United Moving Solutions definitely made this day much easier and less stressful as anticipated. We were up in the air to exactly what "day" we needed to leave the condo we just sold so we could not give a definite time and day till the day "before" we had to move.... Traci assured me that they were there for me and walked me through what do to and they would work with me to get this done and the did. So thank you so much and the best part is they do not overcharge or under deliver. Their team were as professional and polite as could be it was such a great experience. We will for sure refer you to others. Cheers ~
