I had my windshield replaced by Safelite about a month ago, and they did some damage to my hood. So, they referred me to this auto body shop to have it fixed. And they did a fantastic job! Communication was good, they did the work VERY fast, and it's good quality work. I'm highly pleased. And if I ever need to have work done on the body of any of my cars again I'll bring them here! It's never a good time nor convenient when a vehicle needs repaired! Dana always makes my experience as stress-free as possible with her consistent follow up and transparency! Unfortunately, my now older model Jeep has needed repairs more frequently, she's up there in miles! I've had my Jeep taken to United on a few occasions over the past 2 years, and have always felt that I'm getting the truth and repairs that my vehicle truly needs! Honesty isn't in my opinion, one of many things that auto mechanics offer to women, just my experience; what do I know about cars? NOTHING! Most mechanics and shops, I feel, prey on that! Having this very strong opinion, I started going to United with those same thoughts in mind! I have yet to be disappointed or feel that I'm being taken advantage of! Professional, responsive and honest!

My car broke down on the way to Vegas,I was told it needed an alternator and a battery.The battery was 30 days old and had a sticker on it to show that,but they charged me for another battery even though they deal in interstate batteries,it was under warranty, Charged me excessive price for installing the alternator,then proceeded to write "no warranty on the alternator" why???? I have no idea what kind of alternator they installed ,and charged me 125.00 for a diagnostic test,that takes 5 minutes,so $500.00 to install a $600.00 alternator,is it new or rebuilt What a hack shop,and no one wants to deal with this and then he pretends he cannot speak English clearly ..and keeps repeating himself DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!
