This is the first time in a very long time I've been truly surprised by the level of service a business has extended me. I signed up for Fire Alarm Monitoring with Unitech. The rep, Angi, provided all the information I needed, she had years of experience and understood all the local regulations. This was a huge help for somebody moving to Las Vegas without local knowledge. Angi's customer service alone would have warranted a positive review. But on the Friday before a long weekend, the previous monitoring service for the building we moved into canceled the service and the Fire Dept. showed up. A call to Unitech was answered immediately and after a few minutes, they told me they'll have all the equipment installed in an hour - AN HOUR, on the Friday before a long weekend! I was stunned and really still am. GREAT job Unitech Team, I hope we experience many similar interactions with Las Vegas!

Unitech Electronics Inc is Vaughn, ON Canada has terrible customer service and they promise fast service but once they get your money they will take their time repairing and sending it back to you. My ABS module is now 3 weeks late. Research and find another company. I took a chance with Unitech Electronics Inc. and I regret it. Do not use this company, you'll regret it. ModuleMaster or any other company will work. Huge mistake and now I can't drive my car.

We used this company fornthe first time in our community to install cameras. We couldn't be more happier with the service that was provided. Very professional and the cameras are so clear. Literally one of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Terrible communication, scammy sales and they installed motion detectors wrong at our house so we weren't able to use the system properly. Knowing we had an animal, the guy who installed them spent half a day setting up. He was nice, but set them too sensitive and after calling to let them know our alarm was going off minutes after we would set them when we left the house, they let us know they wouldn't come out to fix them unless we paid them again for the visit. We never did because we just didn't care at that point. They were so frustrating to work with. I used them for both business and home and would not recommend for either.

Great experience with UNITECH Electronics! Robert Romero and the staff did an excellent job with our new office alarm system and we could not be more pleased. From installation to training the were so efficient. In addition they were able to assist with some phone wiring issues that no one else was able to figure out and they saved the day for us. It is nice to know there is a company that still offers personalized service!
