Have been trying to get my vehicle title for over a year with no results at all and very little customer service. I pay off my car loan and should expect my car title but no nothing now thinking about selling the car but can't do not have the title. Piss poor if you ask me. And probably no one will even respond to this. Thought it might be worth a try. Very frustrated for sure.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! TRUST THE 3.1 service reviews!!! This place gives you the run around. They were my lender for my auto loan. My vehicle was deemed a total loss 12/27/2023. It is now 01/16/2024 and my account isn’t paid off. Gap needs to cover the rest of my balance after my insurance payout. I have been calling every other day to Unify and i am told my balance of 6k will magically go away and receive a partial refund because of the way my check was posted to principle. I call today for update woman tells me nope balance of 6k is still owed. This 6k could've started the process with gap yet you prolong it to get more money from gap with the interest you charge. Your calls are monitored and recorded for what? Because you sure don’t use them as training purposes. Next step is to write a BBB review against this bank.DO BETTER UNIFY!

The people are beyond rude and this is the scummiest bank I’ve ever come across. Will steal from dead family members bank accounts after they pass and not do anything about it.Would rather dig for gold and hope to scrape enough together before ever taking a loan at this piece of shot bank.

Oh watch out!!! I went over my limit on my credit card because they added their finance charge. It ended up, $0.11 (eleven cents) over the limot and Unify reported it to TransUnion Experian and Equifax decreasing my credit score!!!! UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!

I am a full pledge account holder with UFCU and the services that they provided has been excellent. I enrolled to this account when they made a presentation for our employees (company located in Torrance Ca. (NO issues IN CA) then moved to Texas (Same NO problem) NOW retired and moved to Vegas(STILL NO ISSUE) . I am very HAPPY and satisfied with this BANK. Reason: 1.They DO NOT charge any Banking Fees unlike the other Bank institutions ($12.99/month) STAFFS: PROFESSIONAL /COMPASSIONATE/EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Applying for a Personal Loan was easy. THANKS Marivic for always being their for me

I have been a member of Unify CU for a very long time (40 years). I started with them when they were TRW FCU and then they became Western FCU. I have experienced absolutely NO issues over the years. They have always met my financial needs. I did try a larger bank way back when and I say NO THANK YOU TO THAT (talk about feeling like a number)! It is so much better with a credit union and Unify, to me, is one of the best!

I’ve never heard of this bank until I was looking for a car loan and they just so happened to give me one. Now even though the interest loan was really high I was happy they gave me a loan so that I could get the car. After a few months I decided to call them and open up a bank account and soon a credit card with Unify. They gave me a low limit rewards card and told me it’ll be a hard pull for any credit limit increases which is a red flag for me. Then to make things worse their home loan people will tell you they don’t do FHA’s only Conventional, then somebody else will say we do FHA’s and it’s too late to go back because you already started the process. I was actually denied a home loan the day before my closing date because I switched from one company to a better paying company which is in the same field. There’s a reason there’s only one Unify bank in Las Vegas and that’s because it’s not a good bank. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. There’s no perks or benefits to banking with them. You can’t even open up a business bank account that’s how limited they are. They are pretty comedic though, after 4 weeks of my home loan process and money i wired for the down payment the lady denied me and told me to have a nice day. She’s such a sweetie.

I felt like customer service did not make an honest effort in trying to recieve my information after calling to inquire about a credit inquiry that their company made on my credit report. I should have every rite to that information and in a timely manner.

Well it looks like I'm going to have to find a new bank unfortunately they don't keep their promises after asking you to do something that you do then they turn you down after telling you that they'll give you alone. Ran my credit twice 1st time said they would now they're telling me sorry we cannot do it this is bad workmanship putting 2 dings on my credit not happy.bad bank guys. So today I called and was told a manager would call me back and no call back. Since then I called back the next day a was put on old for 30mints.and no answer well guys now if that's good service lol wow okay then thanks for nothing.

So grateful for these reviews. I always review a company for deciding and with all these bad reviews it's a definite NO for me. I do hope this credit union finds away to make it better for their clients. Customer/client relationships should always be in tact when doing business. I only gave a start to comment. Unify- Do what's right and make it better for your clients.

I had worked with an employer at Unify Financial named Rekey Garcia who wasn't friendly at the very beginning of working with him, and he wasn't a customer centric person. We were told one thing by one employee which seemed reasonable, and also told us that we were pre approved but then when Rekey, a supervisor, was helping us out with the last steps, he seemed to not even want our business there. He decided to not approve us due to him, no one else. I even spoke to an underwriter and she advised me that Rekey kept telling the underwriter not to approve us, so we didn't get approved at the time. Then I get a letter in the mail saying I was approved with Unify financial. I don't understand how Rekey can be a supervisor when he completely lied to us. This is not except-able. Rekey Garcia shouldn't even be a supervisor if he doesn't know how to do his own job. Maybe he should step down if he can't do his job correctly.

Worse bank ever! Takes 5 days to process an auto loan payment, so any notice of nonrecieval will have you collecting late fees if you find out the payment didn't go through, which is common with this bank! Call center is ignorant and full of misinformation. Complete headache dealing with this company!
