The doctors are great here!, but, the message on the phone is stupid. This is not Mexico this is america! It is very stupid to have Spanish only and primarily on the message on the phone. This is america! Not Mexico! The Mexicans need to learn English! not us adapt to them!!

Dr. Farabi is the best. When he left I was assigned to Dr.Shadaba Asad. This doctor was very rude not knowledgeable of any of my past info or of my disease or medications and would not renew prescriptions that Dr. Farabi has had me on for many many years. I was told to get them from my other Doctors like primary care, cardiologist ect. How are they suppose to know how my medications will react to my infectious disease medication. They aren’t specialists. I thought that is why you see a specialist cause they know about the medication they are prescribing to you. I would not trust this Doctor with my life or my medical care. Now that I know that Dr. Farabi is located in the same building 701 Shadow Lane 3rd floor #320 I will be going back to the best a doctor that allows one to be very proactive in their treatment.

One star for the front desk for not being terrible. But definitely going for some other clinics but here.

Waiting an hour with an appointment is unacceptable. I was the first patient after their lunch break, and the excuse was that the office meeting took little longer than expected. I would understand a 30 minutes, not an hour. A perfect example how the state insurance patients are being exploited, and disregarded. Wasted my drive from Henderson. Time to find another clinic.

Each time I have been here, the front desk reception is rude and unprofessional with check-in details. Mask requirements in the office are not enforced. This office is always behind schedule and this time I had been waiting for 30 minutes after my scheduled time when the doctor and staff started returning from lunch ... sitting in a waiting room where people are not wearing masks. Very similar experience on other visits. But worst of all, my Dr who has otherwise been helpful was all but inaccessible because of his engagement with a medical student during my visit. I didn't have an opportunity to reject the presence of the medical student. This is a real problem, doctors become defensive, arm-folding, summarily dismissive jerks when medical students are present. After my previous visit here I was notified by UMC that all my private information had been stolen in a computer hack. UMC's offer was to perform credit monitoring check. This woefully deficient response gilds the lily.Eventually you can get what you need here but don't look to gain insights into your health issues by the providers here. Do not expect to be issued lab work in a timely fashion, don't expect the staff to demonstrate any concern for you and woe to you if the dr is performing for their med students.

A true disappointment. The entire experience sucked. They did not take my wife seriously, we waiting for 3 hours to see a doctor. We waiting an additional 6 hours for a "test" for them to tell us she can go home. Do not go here they treat working class people like s****

So far so good. Arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early to do paperwork . Office staff very friendly and helpful. Was called in room by doctor to do a EGG test which took about 2.0 minutes. The Hispanic lady was so kind and knowledgeable with this procedure . She made me feel very comfortable and safe. In waiting room for doctor to go over my results. Thank you staff and doctor for a outstanding visit!

They do their jobs right. I just wish I didn't feel bad about myself after I leave. The doctor is ok but she doesn't really seem to want to discuss how to stay healthy with me. They just make sure the meds work and send me off. No conversation about the future of my health ever happens. It I bring it up, it feels really uncomfortable. But they do make sure I do my labs. They also get all kinds of craziness there so I can understand the indifference.

BE WARNED; This practice bills through the hospital as a ‘emergency visit’ through UMC hospital. It’s a tactic to save money, and have them not have their own billing team at there office. What does that mean for you? It means that even if they have a doctor in network, and you have a copay you will have to pay your deductible, whatever that may be. So for example instead of paying my $50 dollar copay for them being in network I’ve had to pay 100-110 so 50%-60% more. Look for another doctor in network, and avoid this office as all they care about is profits. I even tried to have my insurance speak with them, and there is nothing that could be done, it’s to save them money, by putting those costs on you.

Security here is the WORSE!! Every security guard was rude to patients. One was just very disrespectful towards my mother by giving her attitude when she was asking a simple question about my little brother that just got taken to head trauma. Very disappointed in the lack of respect the security they have.

Out of pocket copay with insurance was exponentially more than other similar care providers even without lab work. Asked me to wait for a couple of hours MORE after sitting in the office waiting for an MIA phlebotomist to arrive. Still got billed about 5x the going rate for the privilege of sitting in a room with strangers during a pandemic. Typical Vegas shitty health care.
