My experience is through my wife's experience working for them. Because she needed work, she lowered her standards and accepted a position with them. She has a Bachelor's degree and is 6 months from receiving her Masters. She had nothing but glowing reviews during one on one's with her superiors. They wanted and asked several times that she accept a higher position, but wasn't willing to pay her what she was worth, and based on the higher demands of the position. They constantly changed her schedule, allowing her to work from home, then saying she had to come in 3 days a week, then putting her on the schedule for Saturdays and saying she had to come in office 5 days a week. They said because they needed staff in office, but laid off a number of staff months ago, and haven't brought anyone back like they said they might. Their office looks like a "sweat shop" and very unprofessional looking. I've wanted my wife to leave there for awhile. She finally was offered a position that suits her educational background and experience, gave Turtle Peak at least one weeks notice, and they refused to pay her the 40 hours vacation time she earned, siting company bi-laws that are extremely contradictory. My wife remained professional and left with grace.....finishing out the week, even though her new job wanted her to start next day. Edwin at Turtle Peak was awesome to my wife, took her to the hospital one day she was sick and actually got in trouble for it,, I respect him. But the others only cared about themselves and what my highly effective and educated wife brought to their company. If you're looking for employment that cares about their employees, and want the best for people....don't work here. Not paying an employee who did give notice, their earned time because they didn't give the notice YOU want especially when that employee had an impeccable record is bad business....and I want the world to know, Turtle Peak LLC is bad business. And be weary of the people posting reviews, trust me, those people have an agenda.

They lied about everything in the interview. They fired me because I have severe morning sickness and wasn’t able to make it to work. The people are nice but favoritisms is real up there. If you’re not in the “clique” you’re not going to make it.

They fired me for missing 3 days in a week for important family matters. It was a nice environment and that's why they are getting 3 stars. I tried to explain to them what was going on, but they didn't even bat an eyelash when they fired me. If I could work here again I would, but not if I'm seen as just a pawn in their company.
