Bill and Andy at this shop are the neighborhood shop your parents and grandparents used that were honest and fair folks.
They treat you with respect and NOT just a number, like many other shops do.
Think of Andy Griffith small town 1950’s nice folks treating you like a good neighbor and this is Triton in a nutshell.
I 110% recommend these guys to EVERYONE who says my car needs fixed. I trust these guys with my cars and my families cars here in Las Vegas.
Thanks guys for restoring my faith in quality, honest, do not sell me things I don’t need, fixed right the first time car repair shop.

My 1996 Ford f150
Every time I bring my truck to triton it gets fixed with a detailed explanation of the work
All the techs here are great and friendly
Bill the owner is always fair
And extremely knowledgeable even with my 1996 Ford

I had yelped this placeback in February of this year and gave Bill high marks for taking care of me when my water pump needed replacing........it was a $727 bill.......I live in Palm Springs! My a/c was out when he did my workout my water pump!
I left 3 or 4 messages for him to return my call over a number of weeks but he didn't care to return my call about what the cost would be to fix my a/c!

Was a longtime customer but no more. Both the automotive service and customer service has decreased significantly from a few years ago. I used to be a proud customer and referred a number of people to this shop. The last time I was in the guy at the desk, wearing a headset and very cocky, told me I had to pay $75.00 for a routine check of the car and brakes. I told him I've never paid for a routine check and I won't. I asked to speak to the owner. He then said it was a misunderstanding. After my car was worked on, and prior paying, I asked to speak with the mechanic about something he had written that needs work on. The guy at the front told me that wasn't possible because the mechanic was already working on a different car. Unreal. I asked for an estimate for the work needed and he told me a price then said it was good for only 30 days and the price MAY go up after that. This is B.S. The owner obviously knows about this because he can hear it from his office which is a few feet away. They have a set hourly rate which has increased from before but I was ok with that because I was a satisfied customer. The guy at the front is rude, and again, the owner must hear what nonsense he says and how he talks to customers and agrees it is acceptable.

I called them up about getting my tire patched and they told me to head on over to them. I just bought my car 2 weeks ago so I had tons of questions. They were very helpful and knowledgeable! They also tested my battery which failed and they were able to replace my battery too! This is the best service in town! They are quick, and don’t charge an arm and leg! I will recommend them to my friends and family!

Guys seemed to be fair enough to me. Invoice came in at $28 "Under" original estimate that l had agreed to. Clean shop & waiting room. In & out in one day, $150 total (new parts,labor & taxes) for a heat sensor replacement on a Fusion. I'll use them again if needed...

Excellent service, they repaired our 2006 Cadillac STS after it sat at Cadillac of Las Vegas for days. We had an appointment, yet our car was not a priority. Triton Automotive fixed it promptly and right at a reasonable price. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Bill Webb, the owner, called to ensure that the issue was corrected. Great work and people that care.

Best in Vegas honest and reasonable would recommend 100% anytime I get anything fixed I dont have to worry about it again. Bill the owner is knowledgeable nice friendly and explains everything throughly so you know what your paying for
