The owner froze my because of a calf injury I incu during a Muay Thai class. During the freeze I emailed the him that I couldn't afford the class and asked if I could cancel my membership. He then, immediately unfroze my account and started charging me again. Then when I went in to speak with him face to face, he got super upset and was staring at me In a very unprofessional manner. I saw that he was mad so I kept it short. But it was very uncomfortable, unprofessional, and disheartening.

I joined Tribe this past June and after only a few short months, this place has became a second home. Starting at a Martial Arts gym is very intimidating and opening the door for the first time is always the hardest. But take one step into Tribe and you’ll be greeted by warm smiles, a family friendly environment, and a badass gym itself. This is definitely the place you want to start your fitness/martial arts journey. With that being said, I started here to push myself as a learner and a competitor. Coach Casey has the gift of coaching. I’ve been around people that know a lot but can’t teach a single thing. Casey is the type of coach that can make the complexities of BJJ seem as simple as tying your shoes. His knowledge and ability to understand how I liked to be pushed has set me up to compete at my very first BJJ tournament in August…only 2 1/2 months after joining! You won’t regret joining. Whatever your reason is, you won’t find a better place to push yourself. Come join the Tribe!!

I've been a member at Tribe for the last 10 months now. I have to say that the BJJ training at Tribe is absolutely unparalleled to anywhere else I've ever had the pleasure of training. Casey is a PhD in martial arts and has the ability to break down complex Jiu Jitsu techniques down to its simplest form. He's an excellent teacher and arguably the top BJJ coach in the whole Vegas Valley. I can't recommend a better place for anyone starting off their martial arts journey than to come train here because the environment is very friendly and encouraging. One thing to keep in mind is that memberships here are done on a contractual basis. This means that when you sign to a 6 or 12 month membership you are contractually obligated to pay for those months whether you can attend or not. They do offer plans according to how many sessions you want to train in a month. I decided to go with the class pack bundle which comes out to $20 a class for 20 classes purchased in advance since they never expire, it's a good option for individuals who travel or have other obligations.Overall, I highly encourage you to try out their free trial and get a taste of what Tribe has to offer.

2-3 years experience at this gym, changed my whole life for the better.Back then, I was by no means the athletic-type, I was lazy and broken inside. I gassed out my first 5 min rolls and was very clumsy. As I started and continued training at this gym, all of the coaches and all of the members showed me that there was a better, stronger person inside of us.It lives up to it's name, having a Tribe of people striving to meet goals had become therapeutic for my mentality and outlook on life and had motivated me to strive for my own life and goals. Everyone at the gym creates this positive energy, attitude, their deep experiences and drives are contagious.Being at the gym will push you and make you stronger after each session. They strive for your personal growth. The training partners I have met are awesome; friendly, competitive, and incredibly helpful. The coaches are masters of their craft and work hard and work with you to reach your goals. People of all types are here and if you have dreams you are aspiring to you will not be let down and will be more than welcomed.Tribe is where its at.

I've been waiting a few months to leave a review and I'm glad I did. I love this place. My 8 year old daughter is a Muay Thai and jiu jitsu student. We've been to a few places and tribe is 100% home to her. The coaches are phenomenal at what they do. A perfect blend of support, guidance, kindness, discipline, and overall just great coaching.Watching her over the last year motivated me to consider my own health and fitness. I started with their adult functional fitness which is excellent for anyone who just wants to get fit without learning martial arts. From cardio to weight lifting, Coach Ashley does such an amazing job getting you to focus on technique to keep you progressing safely. I eventually jumped into their Muay Thai and jiu jitsu classes, while my daughter does her classes. I was nervous but the atmosphere is so welcoming that you quickly fall into the groove of things.I highly recommend Tribe to anyone, regardless of fitness or skill level.

My son and I checked out multiple different martial arts studios in and around our neighborhood. We were careful to take our time and select one that fit our wants and needs. My son was ready to take martial arts to the next level so we decided Tribe was where he needed to be. After watching him for three months, I decided I had to join myself!

Great gym. Great coaches. Everyone there is super personable and genuinely is glad to have you there. Classes are well constructed with the right amount of time and practice for given techniques. I am retired from the military. I was a flight instructor and have been through numerous leadership schools, instructor courses and a student of many schools myself and I can say the coaching techniques used at Tribe are very similar and effective. Knowing how to do something doesn't immediately translate to being a great coach. It's obvious the coaches here are not just knowledgeable but are also excellent coaches. They always accommodate staying after class to further practice if a client wants too. Super excited to be a part of this gym and learn. Thanks for the great coaching and experience!

Not sure why my review was deleted but here it is again...I highly recommend not signing up for this gym because they refuse to work with you after an injury. My girlfriend hurt her knee during one of their classes and had to go see a doctor. After she even had a doctor's note while on crutches they refused to cancel her membership OR EVEN ALLOW HER FREEZE IT. Even LVAC has a clause that can allow members to freeze or cancel memberships for medical reasons. And LVAC is known for terrible customer service.Shame on this gym for not working with members with injuries. Let alone injuries caused at their gym.*Edit to respond*You offered her 'modified workouts' which clearly she couldn't do since the doctor clearly said no "unnecessary walking around". She wasn't eager to continue to work out there otherwise she would have signed up again. Instead she now goes to another gym because of the lack of care your gym provided. If the gym would have offered to freeze the membership and not continue to charge her, this would be a different story/review. But instead you didn't work with her during this time. Take this review as lesson learned and help future members. Otherwise if you would like, id be happy to re-review once this is resolved.

My family and I moved to Las Vegas 6 months ago and I was interested in starting a new journey in BJJ/Muai Thai. I was fortunate enough to have a family member recommend Tribe Fitness, and I haven't looked back since. In a sea of BJJ/Fitness gyms in LV, Tribe stands out with world class instruction, kindness and a truly remarkable friendliness that is just hard to find! BJJ is very intimating, hard and inherently hazardous. The members couldn't be more welcoming, helpful and thoughtful. The Staff are World Class instructors, yet act like mere mortals and treat everyone with class and dignity. Do yourself a favor, show up for the FREE week trial, and try to prove me wrong.
