How am I going to be coming here for a while getting the same pack of smokes every time I come in, but now the price is raised and it barely has any tobacco inside of the cigarettes now? I normally get the Seneca Red Shorts but today paid .30 cents more for extra shorts. Thanks.

I have been buying LD 100’s there and they been really harsh compared to Paiute smoke shop and learned today that I been buying real old cigarettes from this place. Never again.

Just go to Smoke Mart on Ft apche and flamingo. It's a way better smoke shop and the people there are actually good at their job. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Store open at 9am. Got there at 9:15 and there are 3 people waiting outside, sign says " we will be back in 15 minutes" I leave for a moment to go do something ele. I come back at 9:35, the same people are still waiting outside to make their purchase. Really pathetic. Just another reminder that ordering what I need off Amazon is really the only way you should shop nowadays.

They will sell you broken items and then won't allow you to exchange it. I bought a 20 dollar battery and went back the next day when it wasn't working and the man working laughed and said I would have to buy a new one. Horrible customer service.

Wish it was possible to give zero stars. This business is a joke run by an incompetent, entitled individual. I am a regular at this business for over one year since moving to Vegas and recently purchased a new 510 vape battery. There was one other person that entered the store after I arrived. I took out one of the batteries I had purchased previously from the business and the representative asked, "Why are you pulling that out? What do you want?" I followed this by stating I wanted to purchase a new version of this model if possible. The representative was extremely rude and disrespectful during the entire shopping and checkout process. I never received a receipt following paying for the item. The new battery stopped working 4 days after purchase. Upon returning to the business and telling the same agent about the broken battery, she refused to offer a refund or replacement due to my not having a receipt. The owner of this business regularly sits in front of the business and brags about his raised cars with large rims. This place is a joke run by a scammer.

Bought a tub of stokers dip and it was a dry block of sawdust! Took it back they pretty much said oh well! Been a loyal customer over a year...that ended today!

I wish I could rate this 0 stars. They sold me a broken torch, so I went back to the store to get a different one and they basically said it's not possible. But obviously it is because they sold it to me? I'm a regular at this place and this was honestly just disrespectful. I've spent over a $1000 here and they were willing to ruin a customer relationship over one torch. 0/10 would not recommend to a single person on this planet.

I think that the people that own it, work for it, etc...... ARE GREAT!!! They have been wonderful to me since i moved to the neighborhood. They have respect and honesty. If you are courteous to them, it will be returned.
