We used to like the owner Wendy cut our hairs, just came back from our trip. Wendy cut my son’s hair few days ago, it’s awful job. She always rushing. This time made me so mad!! Wendy you better take time to do your job.

Honestly wanted to leave a good review but I can't possibly put someone else through this torture. I had a wash and cut and she took my natural smooth hair and turned it into dried broken hair. She blew out my hair after a seemingly normal cut. The blow was torture with her 5 old round brushes that kept pulling and breaking my hair. The pieces of hair that she was blowing out was a mess and still connected to other strands of my hair. The base looked like a bird nest. I have never been so disappointed in a simple blow out. All my strands are fuzzy and broken and then she says I have dry hair and slapped an obnoxious amount of moisture cream in my hair so now I look like I have greasy hair ends. Wish me much luck to find someone back in nyc to fix my poor hair cut.

Thanks Wendy, you got rid of all my nose hairs. Oh wait ALL of my hair was burned off. I now look like a pubescent child going through an identity crisis. If burnt hair and loss of smell and sight is what you are looking for this is the place.

My daughter went in there for highlights. Wendy gave her completely blonde and yellow. Then she tried to dye it brown. Horrible customer service and a horrible attitude. We were obviously very upset by this and to make matters worse she charged her double to try to fix it. When I complained about it she only refunded 50.00. This place is absolutely horrible. We will never make that mistake again. My daughters hair is fried. Her hair is Breaking apart. It will take years to get back to normal.Service: Hairstyling

If I could give 0 star, I would do it. Wendy did digital perm for me. After 2 days I washed my hair, that's how it look like. She did not softened my hair at all before digital perm, this process is necessary. It took $200 for one time perm and she refused to fix it. I wishI could post a video on Yelp, she was nice before I pay, once I asked her to fix my hair, she was rude and locked me out of the salon. Never go to this salon!!!

Wendy is hands-down the best hair stylist. I've been getting my hair done by her for years and I've been satisfied with the results. She has reasonable prices and has full transparency. Recently, I got my hair bleached and dyed with her. A different salon I visited could not guarantee that I'd get what I wanted and would've charged me almost twice the price as here. I showed Wendy what I wanted and she just said "I can do it" and she really did! She always works to achieve what you desire, and doesn't hesitate to offer professional advice about future hair care and styling. Wendy was great. She gave me nice layers so that my hair had more volume and flow. I've been getting so many compliments. Cash only and call ahead for an appointment. Covid protocols are followed.

Finally found a salon that I like in Vegas. Even though the interior of this salon is not fancy, but the stylist, Wendy is very friendly and professional!
