“I've been going here since moving back to Vegas a couple of years ago. This last time I went to repair oil leaks on my Yukon. I had some concerns that the issues weren't entirely fixed. A little frustrated I contacted the owner "Hamid" who's number is on the front desk. As soon as I contacted him I received a call from Irma who took over the situation and went above and beyond to get to the bottom of what the issue was. Irma was very friendly, informative and very concerned with resolving the issues with my Yukon. Great honest, clean work from the mechanics and awesome customer service from Irma and Hamid. “My family and I were heading to Las Vegas from Oregon our truck broke down 60 miles outside of Vegas we had hit something in the road which broke our heater hose which caused our truck to overheat and blow a head gasket our truck was towed to ja auto and these guys were amazing my insurance was refusing to believe that we hit something and Luis Enrique stood up for us against our insurance company and went above and beyond to get our car fixed in the end the insurance company totalled our truck as to much damage was done but without the honesty and experience of luis Enrique we would have been screwed i woild definitely recommend this shop they are honest and fair.thanls for everything you did.”

One time my 4 wheel drive switch was on and I thought something was wrong and they were honest and said that’s all it was and didn’t charge me and I feel other shops would’ve taken that as a opportunity to charge me for something. They are also stellar on communication! Very knowledgeable and take pics of everything! I adore them!”

“Professional, honest and trustworthy shop. On my way to Moab, Utah I encountered a coolant leak. Decided to cut the trip short and stopped by the shop without an appointment early in the morning. They were able to find out the problem was the radiator and could replace it by end of day. But since I had mentioned the radiator was recently replaced and was able to drive 3 hrs back to Vegas from Utah, they recommended I have it warrantied even if that meant them losing business. They made sure I could get back safely and didn’t even charge me anything. If you are in Vegas, this is the shop to go to.”

“Epic experience with the EMC team. Just had my Range Rovers 95k service and received a $9,800 repair bill for leaking coolant pipes, pumps and various other annoying 'its a Range Rover' issues.
Range Rover = $9,800 - 'can fit it in to do in 2 weeks' - 4 day repair time.
EMC = $3,800 - in the shop 5 days later - 24hrs to repair.
Can not recommend this shop enough! will absolutely be my go-to moving forward.”
