I wish I had Wally's here and in the past years I've owned Honda's. (Honda/Acura owner since 1980). “I've been going here since moving back to Vegas a couple of years ago. This last time I went to repair oil leaks on my Yukon. I had some concerns that the issues weren't entirely fixed. A little frustrated I contacted the owner "Hamid" who's number is on the front desk. As soon as I contacted him I received a call from Irma who took over the situation and went above and beyond to get to the bottom of what the issue was. Irma was very friendly, informative and very concerned with resolving the issues with my Yukon. Great honest, clean work from the mechanics and awesome customer service from Irma and Hamid. “My family and I were heading to Las Vegas from Oregon our truck broke down 60 miles outside of Vegas we had hit something in the road which broke our heater hose which caused our truck to overheat and blow a head gasket our truck was towed to ja auto and these guys were amazing my insurance was refusing to believe that we hit something and Luis Enrique stood up for us against our insurance company and went above and beyond to get our car fixed in the end the insurance company totalled our truck as to much damage was done but without the honesty and experience of luis Enrique we would have been screwed i woild definitely recommend this shop they are honest and fair.thanls for everything you did.”

“Having moved back to Las Vegas 7 months ago, I needed to find a place I could trust to fix my car. After I read the reviews on this site for BMW repair shops, I felt comfortable texting European House For Imports to inquire about my car's right turn signal that had just stopped working. I was so happy when I got an immediate response from Josh, the owner, who told me to come in at my convenience and they would check it out! I was seen right away when I got there. Luckily for me, my repair proved to be a relatively small job, however I was still treated very professionally, honestly and respectfully. This especially means a lot to me as I am a woman and a senior citizen. I highly recommend getting your vehicle fixed here. I will be back and plan on telling others about my great experience. They treat you with respect and NOT just a number, like many other shops do.
Think of Andy Griffith small town 1950’s nice folks treating you like a good neighbor and this is Triton in a nutshell.
