Honestly, I was not surprised when I saw the negative reviews for this business. The employees are absolutely the worst, rude, condescending and act like you’re putting them off somehow. I realize that people go in there and sometimes don’t have all the answers to the questions, but that’s what they’re there for, to educate, assist and sell product if they have it. Candidly, I never wish that brick and mortar businesses fail to e-commerce, but you can easily get these products at companies like etrailer for about the same price without all of the attitude. Seriously, avoid this place unless you want to be treated like trash.

Ought a set of brake shoes that were four times expensive than another shop. Tried to return them and was charged a 15% restocking fee. These parts were on the shelf and were not special ordered so was pretty much told sorry that's our policy. I could see if they had to order them, but they were in stock so what's the restocking fee for? Hell I would have walked them back to his shelf for him for the $300 he charged me for these overpriced partsStay away from these scoundrels!!! We own over fifty trailers and they will never see our faces in their store again. Good luck with your substandard business practices!!!!

That comfy cozy feeling of a genuine customer service you know the kind, hello, good morning, how can I help you? CRICKETS PPL CRICKETS!! My dad and I walked into the store to check out an axle. My self being in customer service would of at least gave a good morning but we'll continue on. There were 3 working employees one with a customer and 2 without. After a minute of standing in front of the desk, I made a point to introduce myself to get service. A worker wearing a face mask came from behind the desk to be kind enough to help me with the axle, as I had called that morning about it and was told to bring it in and they could exchange it. Well, that didnt go as well as I thought it would. He then continued to tell me that they had to order the parts and all the cost and fees. I understand the costs and delays, but, do you really have to order the parts from the east coast? I'm sure there are other companies you can order from that is a little closer, right? Wrong. Not according to the masked man. I have my reservations for that statement as I live in Seattle and along the West Coast it may be a little easier and possibly cheaper to order, maybe they have some super special distributor only Trailer Tech uses? Idk. However, their online add says "Nevada's largest warehouse distributer of trailer parts..." Needless to say, the salesman would continue with, 'I would have to charge for the axle, all the outside parts and bolts then order it and wait because it comes from the east coast and then call you to come pick up'...making this potential transaction sound nearly impossible because all the work he has to do?My dad and I removed this rusty piece of metal, which wasn't easy! Anyway, I had to make a point to write this review because I have never felt like the white elephant in a room until now, they greeted a man of a different ethnicity as he walked right in the door, but not my dad or myself. If I could rate their service, it would be negative stars but Google doesn't offer that. All those wonderful reviews? I don't understand because my money is just as green as every other person's in America.Finally, I will be outfitting my families boat and trailer from a company that will be more catering as my parents are elderly. I was just down to help them and thought after reading their ad, they would be the last stop shop. Well, that's what I get for thinking.Thank you for reading.

Rude, rude counter people and staff. You have an indication of their attitude by all the signs and notices in their showroom of what they don't do. I recommend any other source for your trailer needs than this place.

I needed a brake caliper for a Dexter axle on my fifth wheel travel trailer. I was on the road in Utah without a shipping address, so was not able to order the needed part on line. Contacted Trailer Tech by telephone, and after describing my need, they determined that they had the part in stock. They recommended that I send them a photo of the old part just to confirm, which I did. They called me back confirming that the part was in stock, and I stopped in at their shop to pick up my part about a week later. My mechanic and I were both very favorably impressed with this place and with the knowledge and professionalism of the employees. Not surprisingly, the part fit perfectly! I highly recommend Trailer Tech. They made my day.

Rude employees especially guy named Dayton who needs to learn just basic human decency. Treat people with kindness bro don’t be rude to people it’s not right. Why do you go through your day being a dark cloud to all that come into contact with you?!!!!!

Great shop. There are many spare parts available. You don't have to wait weeks for it to come.
