They don’t answer the phone, ever. Hours are also inconsistent, I understand it’s just a gas station but those things take away the “convenience”

Very friendly service. They have all the essentials. It’s in a good part of town and is very convenient. I would definitely recommend it.

After a year of coming to this store (total spend between $1,600 - $1,800 roughly) the store had a product mismarked on the shelf and the Store Manager Diane refused to honor the price. There was a cold refrigerated coffee marked 2 for $6. Diane blamed it on her vendor Pepsi because they had done a reset the night before. She also blamed herself because she hadn't had time to check the prices. Ultimately though, guess who paid for Diane and Pepsi's mistake? Me, that's right. We are talking $1.20 difference. I explained to Diane that I have been apart of the retail management community for over 30 years that in cases like this , where a vendor is involved you do a chargeback if they didn't put up the signage correctly. Diane still refused. It was really as though she was just refusing to budge for $1.20. Yes, I could have walked out but I was in a bit of a rush and thought ok I'll pay it and come back and talk to the owner to see what he has to say. I went back and spoke to an associate asking the hours I could encounter the owner on the property. The associate told me so I came back the next day. The owner had left early for an appointment so I asked the same associate that gave me the owners hours how he would handle a mismarked price situation. Guess what ??? OHH YES THE ASSOCIATE KNEW WHAT THE CORRECT ACTION TO TAKE WAS!! RETAIL 101 Really!! I came back the next day and attempted to speak to the owner away from the front register , but he only moved to the side of the counter. I did not want to bring up a negative situation in front of his other patrons but he didn't mind. As I was beginning to explain about the situation a much older lady employee , I think, Interrupted while I was speaking and said she knew all about the situation and it was Diane's first day back from vacation ... blah blah blah. The owner did ask her to let me finish but there was no resolution. The owner basically said that the associates "watch out" for him and that is probably what happened. So GOOD LOOKING OUT DIANE - YOU JUST LOST YOUR BOSS $1,500 MINIMUM!!! Atta girl!!! and it only cost $1.20
