I flew in from out of state to look at a car at Towbin Motors. The buying experience I had at Towbin was the best that I've ever had. My salesman, Justin Cambron, was exceptional. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, no pressure. He promptly responded to my every request. Justin is a wonderful ambassador for all that's good at Towbin. The purchase transaction was flawless. Johnathan sent me the online documents. I filled them out and wired the money. Car was shipped the next day with books, keys, etc. Perfect. John Navara followed up to see if there was anything else I needed. This is what excellent service is all about. I assure you that I'll be back to buy my next car at Towbin.

Was looking to buy Aston or Land Rover ! Didn’t make a deal. What is crazy is they wouldn’t give me a dollar off the Land Rover or any more for my trade but now it’s reduced 1k less ( see photo) Odd you would think they would call me and say hey we reduced the range river , come on in !! When I asked they said he we have some other deals in the car so we can’t lower. Gues that wasn’t the case after all. Wound up getting an Audi SQ8 and better trade in &$ anyway. They don’t seem to care about moving cars more about $$$ they are nice sales reps but definitely proud of their cars and dealership. Guess they don’t need the volume when they sell high end cars

Purchased a 2022 Ferrari Portofino M from Dan Langley who indicated in a text that the car was pristine. When I brought the car for PPF and Ceramic protection I was told the hood and several panels had been repainted. When I questioned Dan he indicated it was customary and there was no necessity to disclose the repainting. Buyer beware. Now purchasers have to be paint experts. No better than an open car lot in an industrial park.
As a follow-up to my review, I was contacted by the the General Manager Arun Sharma, who listened to my concerns and offered to reimburse me for my out of pocket expenses. This is much more what Ferrari is about.

5 star service and experience from start to finish! Cookie was beyond amazing! She put a custom build together for me on the new RR Spectre and kept me informed every step of the way from production, to shipping to arrival. I picked the vehicle up today and she spent over an hour with me getting me registered on the RR Whispers app and going over every feature and button on the Spectre.
To ADJ who made what I believe to be an unfair review of the RR team. I’m sorry that you had a bad experience however, the team wasn’t lying to you. The Spectre in the showroom that they wouldn’t allow you to sit in was truly SOLD. It was mine. It was a special build that was placed months ago and had finally arrived.
Thank you Cookie, John and the entire Towbin & Rolls Royce team. You guys are appreciated!

OK, this was unexpected. I've bought many cars in my life. I've had very few good experiences. So when my new vehicle from Towbin died -- after only 30 minutes of driving -- I thought "here we go again".
Honestly, I was preparing for a fight. I was furious. It was a weekend and I couldn't reach them, so I emailed for help. Not only did the sales rep (Cookie) respond on her day off - she responded *within minutes*.
The next day, a Towbin tech (Tom) was in my garage. He spotted the issue (faulty battery) and drove it back to the dealer. They swapped it out and the following day another tech (Diego) brought it back to my house.
No run around with service. No appointments. No negotiating for a "loaner". They just handled it. And they handled it to make it as convenient for me as possible. They stayed in contact and kept me updated every step of the way.
Next year, the wife is getting a new SUV. I'm going to Towbin. And if this is the service they continually deliver, I won't go anywhere else.

Daniel Langley helped me get into my dream car! We stopped by to take a look at first, we couldnt come to an agreement with numbers but Daniel made the impossible possible and a few days later we came and were able to get my new car. He made the experience so easy and we were really impressed with how determined he was to help us get what we want. Highly recommend working with him on your next vehicle!

I recently purchased a Panamera from Anthony and the experience has been very good! He responded quickly throughout the buying procedures, and he also helped me promptly even after I bought the car because there was a shortage on the engine oil, and he helped me fixed it just in no time. I highly recommend him because he is the standard of what a salesperson should be! From here I wanted to say that finding a correct salesperson from this shop is so important... because the first salesperson I interacted with really have no communication skills and felt he really didn't care at all if can be his customer or not... guess it's because I am not buying a Ferrari from him.

My situation was a little different than most because I’m across the country and was looking for a very particular vehicle I’ve been wanting. We recently purchased a Raptor from Justin Cambron at Towbin Motorcars. It was seriously the easiest and best experience we’ve had buying a vehicle. I saw it online and called the dealership and was sent to Justin (we lucked out). He immediately answered all my questions, sent over some pictures and videos of the truck and all the details I requested. We had been shopping around town but didn’t find what we wanted, so as soon as this truck was listed we jumped on it. I could not recommend Justin enough. He is an amazing human and provided incredible service. We had our two young boys with us and he went above and beyond to make sure they were entertained and taken care of, which was greatly appreciated. We loved our experience buying our truck and we’re looking forward to purchasing from Towbin Motorcars again in the future!
