This was always my go to Total Wine store. Most recently I placed a pick up order for a specific item and they decided that just because they don’t carry it they would give me another one. Who does that!! The worst part is that the manager (female) was non-chalant and whatever about it. She did not apologize or care one bit that they gave me a whole different item (which was a case). They need to be more corteous/ kind to customers.

Marie DeFilippis is the best! I was visiting wanting to try better than I'm used to tequila. My mind was blown as I was introduced Don Roberto! I tried the premium, extra aged Anejo and it tasted like clouds! Thank you for all of the samples! I wish more people in sales were attentive as Marie! Thank you for the amazing shopping and tasting experience!
