Will not refund money for a cancelled order. 5 months of being told "it will be refunded this Wednesday or Friday at the latest". Waited approximately one year before canceling the order.Buyer beware.

Ordered a set of full KING suspension. Was told at the date of purchase that I would be receiving my suspension in about 4-6 weeks. It took 9 weeks. Communication was poor and late. Every time I got an update on my order, it would be late on Friday so I wouldn't be able to communicate with them until the next week. They also said that the suspension would be shipped directly from KINGs via UPS. But the tracking number was for FedEx and in the email he said that he had shipped it. Kinda fishy. Avoid if you want your product in a timely manner.

Ordered some ICON parts and they didn't communicate a ship date for weeks. Then when they shipped they sent it to the billing and not shipping address. NOW they are wanting me to chase down the parts and return them before the refund. Total Joke. Avoid at all costs.
