After having some pretty bad experiences with other daycares in Las Vegas, this is by far the best daycare I have put my daughter in! My baby girl gets so excited when I pull up! She has never had this reaction to any other daycare before! They are awesome with my little one! I love getting daily pictures and updates of her while I’m at work. I definitely will be keeping her here for the long run! The staff is awesome! ❤️

Taking my daughter to Kindercare was the best decision we made! We started taking her at around 7-8 months old and her teachers and staff were all amazing. By the time she learned how to walk she would go right in happy. She always had a smile on her face when we picked her up! I could feel the love they all had for our little Ellie! I recommend this place to everyone! I love all the updates on the app and daily pictures of her. Danielle the director is amazing and her teacher Ms. Brenda is so kind. Ms. Tiffany her infant teacher was so sweet. Such an amazing team.

I LOVE KINDERCARE!!! DANIELLE IS A GEM!! SO NICE AND ON TOP OF THINGS.I LIVE ACROSS TOWN AND SOMETIMES WORK ACROSS TOWN BUT THE DRIVE IS WORTH MY EASE OF MIND.IVE BEEN THERE SINCE THE BEGINNING OF YEAR OR SO AND I HAVE NOT HAD ONE COMPLAINT AT ALL.MY DAUGHTER LOVES HER TEACHERS/SITTERS AS WELL

My kids have been at Torry Pines location for about 4.5 months. I know it's not much time but my kids absolutely love this place. Ms. Danielle is very sweet, straightforward, and kind. We originally started with Ms. Danielle at the Lakes, but with COVID our original location closed. I can see through my children, all the teachers and staff care about the kids. From drop-off to pick-up my kids are happy and I love hearing the new things they are learning. Just like most things in life, teachers switch out, transfer, or go to their next calling in life and that is okay; Life is about growth and new experiences. Since starting at the lakes over a year ago, my kids have flourished they are now 2,4,&5.

I started sending my daughter, who is now 3 1/2, here when she was 4 months old, and she has loved going to school ever since. There has been very high turnover with the staff, but that is typical with daycare centers, unfortunately. We have loved all the teachers she has had, and when we had our son, he also came here at 4 months. There are a handful of teachers that have stayed since my daughter started, Ms Linda, Ms. Karla, Ms. Tiffany (now asst director), and Ms Dawn. It made it a lot easier to send my son here knowing that I already trusted those staff members. Current management is awesome, Ms Tiffany, Ms. Nicole, and Ms Tiffany, just can't say enough good things about them. All the teachers/staff that we have had really seem to care about my kids like they are their own.

My twin girls have been coming to Kindercare for almost 2 years now, and I have never had an issue coming here. My girls enjoy coming to daycare which we call school and are always doing fun activities and projects. I also work with children so I know what to look out for and teachers/staff here really care about our babies!! Thank you Kindercare on Torrey pines for taking good care of my girls!

I've always been sceptical about daycares because what I see online or on the news, but with this daycare I can say I absolutely love it and I feel confident my son I safe and is learning everyday while being there. He comes home singing old McDonalds and baby shark! With there new app where they constantly send updates about your child and picture so puts me at ease because I use to call alot just to see how my son was doing. I. Was referred here and I'd definitely refer to other parents.

My wife & I are like most parents meaning we are very overprotective of our children and want the best for them. So like most parents we browsed the website looking for a daycare. Toured kindercare and made the decision to enroll our daughter (than 9 month's) into this daycare. We closely watched our child's development & even compared this to some of our friends who weren't taking their child to daycare and noticed a huge difference. Yes our child was developing social skills & learning in conjunction with what we were doing at home. The downside was that we weren't really keeping track of just how much diapers,wipes, and formula our daughter was going through until we took a family vacation. Upon speaking with the daycare they apologized and we noticed an immediate decrease in the need for diapers,wipes, formula. A few months passed than as I was coming to pick my daughter up (now 1 yr old) I get to the daycare and my daughter is screaming and uncomfortable I noticed that she had a busted lip. When asking the staff they provided different answers I made my expectations clear that whenever something happens my wife & I receive phone calls immediately. It was 3 in the evening & supposedly this happened around 9-10am. I was clearly disappointed. The kids must be watched at ALL times. I don't believe that they are. My soon to be three year old was withdrawn on Friday. Since she was 9 month's & full time she never stayed the entire time. well apparently we have been charged for full time & the reason behind this was signatures & times weren't adding up so we were being charged full time 252 a week. Our daughter was there less than 25 hours a week sometimes 2-3 days as my wife travels to California with the kids. This was unnaceptable & the reason for the star rating is pretty fair on my end to say the least. The facility, service, & expertise is moderate to say the least

My daughter has been going to Kindrrcare since for little over a year...And we have never had a complaint. The staff is excellent. They are kind, thoughtful, and take care of Thier class as if they were their own children. My kid loves going to school, she's in the 2 yr old class, and fully potty trained already. Thank you Tanika, Lily, Carla, Linda...And these are only a few of the people at Kindercare that impact our daily lives. If I could give 6 stars...I would!

We have been bringing our daughter here a couple months now. My daughter started at 1.5 months years of age. I can already see she is learning and absorbing a lot. They've really kept up with all the latest science in early childhood development, great teachers are everything.

Had you asked me 2 wks ago I wouldve said they are best. I cant say that anymore. My son was pushed by another kid there causing him to have to have his 2 front teeth removed. Yes they called me and told me, but no nothing was done. The director says she feels she did enough because the other kid went home for half a day and his parent put him in therapy. I understand they are just kids but when it comes down to what happened and the severity of it, something shoudlve been done. I would say if you enroll your child please make sure you know that if something like this happens nothing will be done. While my son sits at home not able to close his mouth the other child is at daycare/school. I GIVE 2 STARS BECAUSE THIS FACILITY WAS ONCE A NICE AND SAFE PLACE FOR MY SON TO GO.
