They charged me $515 to file my taxes due to using special forms which I was told. I took out an advance for $500 & I was told they were going to charge me $80 for it which I agreed. Then when I went to get my check my total went up to $699. Was told I had to pay the bank. I wasn't told of this fee & when asked about it the lady got offensive & said she told me about it. I don't have any papers that says I agreed to the extra fee. I just left & didn't want to argue. My last time filing with them. The other Toro Taxes on Charleston is better bc they don't charge that much & it's free to borrow from your refund.

Ok well the issue was solved once I spoke with the main toro taxes dealership they refunded half of what this nacy lopes person charged us and when She gave me our check she dares to say I don't appreciate you lying about me stealing .... which I responded yes you did you charged me cash and reported to toro that you had given us a 50%of the fee but charged that 50% cash to us and to others which I witness they paid her cash save yourselves a headache and don't go to this place they will to you and treat you respectfully

my first time here and they gave such a terrible experience!!!! the ladies helping me were very rude and had some nasty attitudes. NEVER coming back here for my taxes again!!! if i could give them no stars, i would!!!!!
