What a great experience shopping at this Tommy Bahama location. I am an avid TB customer and have been to a lot of locations, but this was easily the best experience I’ve ever had. Attention to detail and great suggestions were sincere and appreciated. They even ordered a shirt from the factory for me and by the time I got home it was delivered. I highly recommend the shop for not just the product, but the outstanding service.

I am NOT going to give them 1 star because all my previous visits have been better. And I am still loyal to the brand, and the sales person did a good job. But after I left, my slow burn resulted in this Yelp review. Quality/Quantity - Found a LV raiders shirt; NOT Oakland, but was still interested in buying! I just happened to be wearing my raiders shirt while shopping, LOL. And it was on sale, 40% off! Sorry, I left without buying and taking pictures... See other LV Tommy Bahama Yelp review for pictures. Atmosphere - Good size location, they combined the mens and womens Tommy Bahamas a few years ago. Service - Sales clerk was great. We forgot to bring our loyalty card that they sent us and she went out of her way to look us up; we have multiple accounts. She even shared that we could combine rewards, thank you. Then she said depending on the promotion, my card probably expired on 12/31/22, a few days ago. So she called management to see if they could still honor it. The manager did not have as good customer service... Which surprised us. They would not honor the expired loyalty cards, which we respected. They also would not hold the shirt until tomorrow (the last raiders shirt in my size) while I went back to the hotel to see when my card actually expired. Lastly, I asked for a large bag so I can put all the things we bought from this mall into one bag, and she hesitantly gave it to me... Customer service and advertising 101 = The bags in Nevada are free, with a purchase. But after looking up our account, you know we are loyal customers. Why wouldn't you give away a free bag so your customers can advertise that they shop here!! Again, we would have carried your bag up and down the LV strip for hours while shopping. We did not appreciate the attitude the manager gave us when she reluctantly gave us a bag. Price - $115, but I did not buy due to the poor service. And if you are following, you know I already have too many items from this brand. Owner Comment - Congrats on your 29+ years of success since 1993.

The Tommy Bahama store at the Forum Shops in Las Vegas is simply the best! Not just because they have the latest styles from Tommy Bahama, but more importantly, they have the best staff willing to assist you with your shopping needs. If you're lucky enough to visit while Marie, Lovielyn, or Ambrose is working your shopping experience will resemble a dining experience at a 5 star restaurant. Each of them is more than willing to take the time to talk with you to get a sense of what you're looking for and then they will walk around the store and help you find the item(s) that suits your taste. There are many more Tommy Bahama stores closer to my residence, but I have no desire to visit those any more as the customer service at the Forum Shops Tommy Bahama can not be beat! Cheers to the staff and I look forward to seeing them again soon for some holiday shopping!!

So I was in Vegas for our wedding and brought a traditional suit, but honestly just wasn't feeling it. We walked into Tommy Bahama in the Forum Shops with about 6 hours until the ceremony and were greeted by Lovielyn aka "Lovie". She was amazing, quickly finding me several options in various colors and giving me feedback on each look. She was so friendly and genuine. Knowing the ceremony was just a few hours away, she even steamed the wrinkles out of the shirt for me! Thanks for much for taking the stress away from our big day!

I live in Florida and wear Tommy Bahama clothing regularly. I Visited this location in Las Vegas on my birthday and spent a pretty penny. Unfortunately, when I returned to Florida, I found my brand new Tommy Bahama carryon tote was missing the shoulder strap! I called the store, and the manager, the same classy cool lady who helped me pick out the clothes, was kind enough to ship the shoulder strap to me from Nevada to Florida. Thank you!~

TB has always been part of my summer outfit over the years. In the beginning I didn't know about their quality as much as I do now. Just about every mall has one with same price on most available apparel and online. This particular TB is kind of hard to find for most being located on second level of forum shops. Workers are always changing, but a few seems to know me by now. Today I had a gift card sent to me by mail good for USD $50 off (no minimum purchase). I end up getting another t-shirt added to my collection. It's like a free t-shirt given to me and all I need to do is redeemed it. Pima cotton is more lightweight and ventilate better than traditional cotton tee. Can't wait to check out their holiday collection to come out for 2018.

This Tommy Bahama has a great selection of relaxed fashionable clothing for you while visiting Vegas for gambling, drinking and golfing. I always shop Tommy Bahama when I am in town and always have a great experience. Their customer service is great and they take the time to help you find the best fit for your relaxed lifestyle.
