Grade a service !!! My tire blow out and it was a 4 hr wait because it need to be ordered for a same installation. Rather than letting me wait there for 4 hrs Mr Charles offered took take me home! What companies do that!! Taking all vehicle needs to this location!!

My car has been there 3 times consecutively because they STILL haven’t fixed it, say there’s a warranty on their work but when I bring it back they find a reason to not honor it and charge more (the car hasn’t gone further than 20 miles any of the times it’s left the shop). And when told to call me about the problem they called my elderly mother instead, knowing they could take advantage of her and charge her more money without speaking to me first. Save your money, your job, your time and being your car somewhere else.

Tricked into getting repairs not needed I needed a battery and was told I needed an alternator quoted 1800.00 walked out at 1400.00 was told the alternator would recharge the battery which it did not, went back and got a quote of 400.00 for a battery at that point I had enough and went to auto zone and paid 256.00 I'm reporting them

I was on my way to Missouri from Las Vegas, as i got to Henderson NV, the car started making some real loud noises. I pulled off the freeway and found Tire Works. This was the best thing that happened to me. Bob, the counter man knowing we were trying to get to Missouri to attend my wife’s sister funeral. He did everything possible to get the car looked at. He treated us with the up most kindness, found out the problem and offered several solutions. If in the future should I need anything Tire Works is the place to go. A big thanks to Bob and his crew.

Once sgain Tire Works did a fantadtic job. Have been coming here for a few years now with both vehicles. They always communicate very well and complete my repairs on time.

It seem like they didn’t even want to try and find the problem, just jump to conclusions. Took for ever just to diagnosed. Not worth it. Now I gotta spend more money at another shop to find out the problem. Would not recommend tire work. Avoid they will try to scam you.
