“Nothing but great help from both Kenan & Brandon. While I was waiting for my routine oil change, these gentleman were very helpful in answering alll the questions I had about my vehicle and tips on proper care. They also tested my alternator and charging system for free - they confirmed that my alternator is “normal” and “fine”. I’ve requested such test due to Autozone telling me that my alternator was bad and failed there alternator test 2 weeks prior.
To summarize, Big Brand (Decatur) will now be my go-to car care spot ! 10/10, I would recommend !”

“Brought my car on to get it checked out for an upcoming road trip (tire rotation, spare checked, fuel injection service). The lady who checked me in was friendly, efficient and kept me informed. I opted to wait for my car, had made an appointment and am happy with the timeliness. I highly recommend this location!!”
“I used the Yelp Service program to try and find a place to do my alignment and got quotes of mostly around $150.00. Another Big Brand location gave me a better quote , but was on the other side of town in North Las Vegas. I called this location and they did it for $95.00 with a coupon and told me to bring it in right away. They also did it in around an hour and a half. Another shop said it would be 4 hours and I needed to drop it off. I came here and walked to the shopping plaza next door and did a little shopping and had lunch. Came back and it was ready. I had recently had my upper control arms replaced and needed to get the alignment done. It only needed a little adjustment on mostly the left side. They also topped off the fluids and rotated the tires and filled the tires. The service was friendly and great. I will definitely recommend you coming here for service. I would have gotten an oil change too , but they said they use Quaker State and I don't use that in my car , Mobile 1 or Castrol GTX for me.”

“Went in for what I thought was going to be brake pad replacement for my vehicle that has just over 70,000 miles on it and the original brakes. Ted Weins did a thorough vehicle inspection including the brakes. To my surprise they let me know that the brakes were still in good shape and did not require pad replacement at the moment. Even better when I asked what I owed for the hour plus they worked on my inspection, I was told there was no charge and they hoped I would come back next time I needed work on the car. Amazing, both for the honesty as well as the service provided. 5 STARS!”

“Very friendly and quick services. We had a flat tire on our way out of Vegas and were able to stop here after we put on a spare at our hotel. Conveniently located very close to the Las Vegas Strip. They changed our spare and tried to fix our tire but it needed more than a patch so they were able to offer us a used tire at a great deal and did all the labor. The tire works great and it’s in nearly new condition so we were very happy. The worker who helped us was very quick and efficient as we were heading out of the city for a 6hr drive. Will definitely use them again if we ever need them again when I’m Vegas.”

I followed up with Ted Wiens for an engine light issue for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. The coolant system needed an overhaul. The price was a lot cheaper than the dealer cost. They were professional but more importantly I felt as though I found that must have neighborhood mechanic that I can trust who does good work and will back it up.

“After an unsatisfactory visit to the local VW dealership to diagnose and repair my steering wheel shaking situation, I took my car to Frank’s European Service (FES) as recommended. FES properly diagnosed and made the necessary repairs! Oscar, the courteous FES driver-staff, kindly gave me a lift to and from as needed, safely. Erik, the service writer, discussed the root problem, costs, and kept me updated throughout the process. Through text, and email, I was informed of all critical necessary repairs the technician found and maintenance suggestions. Through video, I was able to see the technician tests/diagnostics. Although I do not have pictures to share, my car was washed, properly cared for, and most importantly, when I am driving, the steering wheel no longer shakes because the brake system was properly replaced. As for the other repairs, my car is now in better operating condition. I highly recommend FES!”
