I came in and saw a display of what I was looking for, the employee noticed pointed me in the directions of similar products. The product I was looking for was not in stock. During checkout I discovered that if I brought my old boots I could receive a discount on my new purchase!!! Based on that I will definitely be back. My encouragement for Timberland would be to supplement and supply your flagship stores first. I've been wearing timberland safety shoes for more than 10yrs!?
