Yesterday was probably one of the most stressful days as a parent doing back to school shopping. I came in with my kids looking for new backpacks and clothes for the new school year. I was able to find the perfect clothes for my kids but had trouble finding a nice backpack for them. Although , thankfully the store associate named Natalia gladly helped me and my kids find a perfect backpack for the new school year. She was patient and kind while we looked through more than 10 backpacks !! ( kids are very picky lol ) My oldest one is finally entering high school and was given great advice from her about academics and making long lasting friendships. Later on she recommended a backpack she uses and it was the perfect fit for my son. We tested it out earlier today and it fits so many things !!!. Definitely looking forward to shopping at this store again. You can find so many helpful store associates that make your visit stress free and enjoyable. I would also like to thank another store associate Taylor for helping us find the clothes we were looking for. This a store that you can not only find perfect clothes , shoes , and backpacks for the new school year but also an amazing set of employees.

I went in Tillys to get my son in law birthday gift and the first face I saw was a young lady Name Emma that welcomed me to the store and I asked her where could i find zipped up hoodies but she showed me what the store had and when I tell you She Helped Me pick out a couple of jackets for my Son in Law She was Very Attentive and Very Nice and Very Very Professional She Will Continue to Keep Me Coming Back as That was my 1st Time In that Particular Tilly's We Talked about her Schooling and College and I told her Stay in School and Follow her Goals in Life I know She Will Excel Beyond Measures She Very Focus Keep Up The Great Job EMMA .Thank You,Mrs. Shaunna Thomas You Have A Excellent Young Employee

The best customer service i received this whole holiday season. Pedro and his team were so helpful, they even helped me w putting the right gift receipts for each item. What a fun shopping experience.

Nice store, well stocked. However checking out, the girl's sitting at the register were chatting away. We waited about 5 minutes for an open register to notice we were ready to check out.Somebody joined the line behind us, and another open register asks "Are you ready to check out?" But when the person behind us didn't respond, she said "Ugh, I guess not." The girl checking us out laughed with her about it. Sort of rude behavior, and I hope this employee improves her social skills, especially working in the customer service industry.

I wanted to quickly add an update of a separate visit to this store. I wanted to say how helpful Audrey was. I wasn't sure about a pair of shorts as the style was not quite what I normally wear. She let me know she had a pair a really like them. I wanted to buy a second pair once we discussed this brand but now more of the color I wanted in my size. So far every person that has helped me here have been amazing. Thanks again.
